Prepare delicious & nutritious apple pizza
You have eaten pizza several times, and I know you know also how to make and bake it!! Still I learn to make apple pizza. What, you didn’t hear this name, don’t make me fool. Let’s see how you’ll bake it
For apple pizza you must have some simple and easy to find ingredients:
1/2 C lowfat ricotta cheese
2 Tbs minced onion
1/2 tsp dried dill weed
1 16 ounce pre-cooked pizza crust
2 C Red Delicious or Rome apples, cored and thinly sliced
1 C red bell pepper, thinly sliced
3/4 C shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese

Preparation: Mix ricotta cheese, onion and dill; blend well. Spread on pizza base and then layer apples, and peppers on cheese concoction. Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese on top. And after that bake pizza at 450° about 7 minutes or until mozzarella cheese melts and pizza is meticulously heated. You pizza has made for 6 servings.

Go and have pleasure of Winter Hokkaido food fairWinter Hokkaido food fair which will be for six days is offering broad array of winter delicacies which is from Hokkaido and it is featuring all the fresh seafood which is from Okhotsk Sea and sweets. In this food fair you can have Kamamoto Bento which is made of crab, salmon roe and sea urchin and this is from Kamazawa Suisan.

Prawn Biryani, specialty of Kerala is rarely available in restaurants as very few people know about this recipe. You will have the great experience after having Prawn recipe and if you are not getting it any where then do not waste time in searching it here and there as this dish can be prepared in home itself.

Yes you can prepare this dish in your home but for that you have to go through here so that you can have the knowledge about ingredients and process of making this dish.

Ingredients:

Bay leaf - 2 nos.
Coconut milk - 50 mls.
Prawns (shelled) - 600 gms.
Rice (Basmati) - 300 gms.
Green chilli - 2 nos.
Coriander leaves - 1 tbsp.
Sliced onion - ¼ cup
Lemon juice - 1 tsp.
Fresh grated coconut - 1 tbsp.
Ghee/Oil - 2 tbsps.
Whole garam masala - 1 tsp.
Turmeric powder - ½ tsp.
Salt as per taste

Now here is the process to make this dish:

First take, wash and soak the rice for at least 20 minutes and then drain it after that wash the prawns, Devein and shell. Then heat the ghee or oil in thick bottomed pan and add leaves along with whole garam masala after that leave it for crackle. Add sliced onion and sauté till the onion turns pink after which adds the water, green chilies, lemon juice, turmeric powder and silt it in two pieces. Boil it and after that mix the rice in that. Cook it for a minute and then add prawns and coconut milk along with salt. After all this stir it lightly till the rice absorbs all water and once it happens then cover it with lid and cook it on low fire till the rice and prawn are fully cooked.

7layer Salad
Ingredients:

1 green pepper chopped
½ bowl shredded lettuce
1/2 lb, bacon, fired nice and crisp, can use bacos.
½ cup chopped celery
1 pt. mayo
1 sweet onion chopped
Parmesan cheese
1 pkg. frozen small peas (cook these first, cool)
Process for preparing:

Fill basin ½ full of lettuce.
Make a sheet of ½ bowl shredded lettuce, ½ cup chopped celery, 1 green pepper chopped and 1 sweet onion chopped.
Mix mayo and sugar and spread on top.
Spray Parmesan cheese all above pinnacle
Crumble bacon and dust on apex.
Do not swirl.
Cover with plastic, drape and let stand over night in fridge.
Serve up without stirring.

Enchilada casserole is the dish about which I am talking and now let me tell you about the preparation process of this dish:
Ingredients:

1/2 cup chopped onion
1 cup water
4 teaspoons chili powder
1 pound ground round
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 1 teaspoons ground cumin
2 green onions, finely chopped
1/2 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
6 corn tortillas, divided
1 (11.5-ounce) jar mild taco sauce, divided
1/4 1 cups shredded 2 percent sharp Cheddar cheese, divided

Process of Preparation:

Ragged lettuce
Hatchet fresh tomatoes and fat-free tart cream for embellish.
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Cook ground round and onion in skillet over medium heat until meat is browned.
Add chili powder, garlic, cumin, water and pepper.
Keep it on sim and open for at least 10 minutes or until water has vanish and pork combination is thick.
Cover the bottom lightly till 9 to 13 inch pan with half of taco sauce.
Place 3 tortillas in bottom of pan, cutting tortillas to fit.
Spread meat mixture on top of tortillas.
Sprinkle it with 1/2 cup cheese.
Drizzle remaining taco sauce over cheese and top with remaining 3 tortillas.
Sprinkle with remaining 3/4 cup cheese.
Cover it with aluminum foil and bake 25 minutes.
Remove foil and bake 5 additional minutes.
Garnish with green onions and serve with shredded lettuce, chopped tomatoes and fat-free sour cream if desired.

Serves for: 8 to 10 at a time
