Ingredients
(1)Â Â Â Milk one liter
(2)Â Â Â Sugar two fifty grams
(3)Â Â Â Almonds half cup
(4)Â Â Â Cardamom Powder one teaspoon
(5)Â Â Â Saffron one teaspoon
(6)Â Â Â Pistachios one teaspoon
(7)Â Â Â Raisins
Process;
First take warm water and soak almonds for two hours than grind almonds properly and make fine paste through it then boil the milk put saffron in to a warm milk through which it dissolved in the milk than mix almond paste to the boiling milk and in a low flame stir it for half an hour than put pista, sugar and raisins cook it in a low heat until it become thick in last spray cardamom powder over it.

Ingredients:
(1)Â Â Â Chopped onions two
(2)Â Â Â Corn flour two tablespoon
(3)Â Â Â Grated cheese two tablespoon
(4)Â Â Â Butter two tablespoon
(5)Â Â Â Salt depends on taste
Process;
In heated butter fry onion that are chopped and mix it for ten minutes properly then put grated cheese; water and salt boil it in a medium heat put corn flour in it and cook it for five minutes on low heat before serving garnish it with grated cheese.

Ingredients
(1)Â Â Â Gram Flour two cups
(2)Â Â Â Pure Ghee half cup
(3)Â Â Â Sugar one cup
(4)Â Â Â Powdered Cardamom one teaspoon
(5)Â Â Â Chopped Almonds and Raisins half cup
Process;
Take pure ghee then take gram flour fry it in a low flame mix it continuously until it get Brown color rest few minutes until it become cool put sugar, cardamom, almonds and raisins and mix them well and make ladoos from it.

Ingredients
(1)Â Â Â Two or three medium size potatoes in thick cubes
(2)Â Â Â One teaspoon Mustard seeds
(3)Â Â Â One teaspoon urad dal
(4)Â Â Â One tablespoon Cumin seeds
(5)Â Â Â One fourth tablespoon turmeric powder
(6)Â Â Â One tablespoon red chili powder
(7)Â Â Â Salt depends on taste
(8)Â Â Â Frying oil
Method;
Take a pan add oil in it when it become hot place urad dal in it for frying until they become golden brown in color after that put mustard seeds and cumin seeds wait for popping when it pop up add pieces of potato and mix well so that it would properly mixed with seeds and dal then add salt depend on taste and mix it properly until the mixture become soft.

1.   Bananas two
2.   Peaches three
3.   Yogurt one cup
4.   chilled milk one cup
Process;
Cut bananas and peaches in small pieces then peel it then take mixer and grind fruits then add yogurt having low fat and grind again then mix sugar and chilled milk together then keep it in a cool place like fridge.

3.   yogurt or curds one cup

Process;
Take badam, cinnamon and sugar grind them properly then put curds and milk in the mixture put water in it and keep it in a freezer for chilling than serve it.

(1)Â Â Â puffed rice
(2)Â Â Â gram flour vermicelli
(3)Â Â Â turmeric powder one fourth tablespoon
(4)Â Â Â rock salt one fourth tablespoon
(5)Â Â Â potatoes boiled
(6)Â Â Â oil for frying
(7)Â Â Â puris for bhel
(8)Â Â Â tamarind one tablespoon
(9)Â Â Â sugar two tablespoon
(10)Â Â Â cumin powder half tablespoon
(11)Â Â Â coriander powder half tablespoon
Process;
Take khadie put one tablespoon oil add turmeric powder and rock salt then in a very slow fire roast puffed rice for five minutes then put potatoes, shev, onions and puries in to the mix item the put sugar, tamarind paste, coriander powder and cumin powder blend it in a fine paste to liquidizer.

Process;
First take dal and wash properly then soak it for more than four hours then take mixer and grind the wall and make a paste of it put green chilies which are chopped add salt, asafetida and leaves of curry in ground paste add water for dough, make small ball and press them that they become flat make one hole in the center, take khadai put oil for frying heat it put these balls in to heated oil fry it until it become golden brown in colour your wada is ready serve it.

1.   lettuce three bundles
2.   Maida two tablespoon
3.   onions two piece
4.   butter two tablespoon
5.   milk three teacups
6.   pepper
7.   salt depends on taste
Process;
Take onions and lettuce cut them in small pieces then take small khadai put some oil for fry, for ten minutes fry chop lettuce and onions in heated oil put milk, Maida and water in the mixture cook it for fifteen minutes take liquidizer and blend the whole mixture then heat strained soup in a heat for few minutes lastly add pepper and salt according to taste it is ready serve it.

3.   Corn Flour two table spoon
4.   Grated Cabbage half cup
5.   Grated Carrot half cup
6.   Vinegar one tablespoon
7.   Chopped Capsicum one fourth
8.   Coriander Leaves one Bunch
9.   Spring Onion one
10.   Powder of Pepper
11.   Soya Sauce one tablespoon
12.   Oil one tablespoon
13.   Salt depends on taste
Process;
Take carrot, ginger and cabbage grate it and make small pieces of capsicum, take ginger fry it in heated oil then put garlic and fry both items put mix vegetables which are chopped then fry it again put little amount of water and boiled all items put chopped coriander, salt, vinegar and Soya sauce in it add paste of corn flour when it will boil and in the ending take spring onions and finish the soup.
