Medu Wada

Ingredients:
(1)Â Â urad dal two cups
(2)Â Â green chilies four
(3)Â Â asafetida one pinch
(4)Â Â leaves of curry
(5)Â Â frying oil
(6)Â Â salt depend on taste

Process;
First take dal and wash properly then soak it for more than four hours then take mixer and grind the wall and make a paste of it put green chilies which are chopped add salt, asafetida and leaves of curry in ground paste add water for dough, make small ball and press them that they become flat make one hole in the center, take khadai put oil for frying heat it put these balls in to heated oil fry it until it become golden brown in colour your wada is ready serve it.
