Mexican dish Enchiladas

An enchiladas is an traditional Mexican dish, it is a very delicious dish, it is very tasty and joyful to have this dish taste.Enchilada comes from the verb enchilar (= “to add chile pepper to”). Enchilada literally means “in chile”.

Ingredients :
For the dough : — Malda - 1 cup, Corn flour - ¼ cup, Chilli powder - ½ tsp, Salt - according to taste, Black pepper - ¼ tsp.

For the filling : — Onions (fully chopped) - ½ cup, Garlic paste - ½ tsp, Baked beans (mashed) - ¾ cup, Capsicum (chopped) - ¼ cup, Red chilli paste - ¼ tsp, Black pepper - ¼ tsp, Capsico sauce - ½ tsp, Salt - to taste, Oregano - ½ tsp, Parsley - ½ tsp, Babycorn (diced) - ½ cup.
Method :
*Heat a little oil and add onions in it, fry it till the onions look transparent.
*Add all other ingredients and cool for about 10 minutes on low flame. Now the filling for the enchiladas is ready.
*Knead the dough and place the same in the frieze for about half an hour, covered in a polythene sheet.
*After this remove polythene and roll out very thin chapattis.
*On very hot griddle, place the rolled chapatti’s and turn sides without adding any oil.
*When cooked on both sides, remove frame flame and spread the filling across the center like you fill a roll.
*Close it properly from both the sides.
*Surve after garnishing with white sauce, oregano red and yellow pepper & parsley.

Litchis Romanoff

There are so many types of Icecream flavours, which give us delightfull tastes.This Litchis Romanoff is one of this.
Ingredients:
Deseeded litchis - 750 gms.
Cointreau - 2 tbsp.
Orange rind, finely grated - ¼ tsp.
Castor sugar - 1 tbsp.
Whipped cream - ½ cup.
Icing sugar - 2 tbsp.
Method:
*First of all combine the litchis, cointreau, rind and the castor sugar in a large bowl, then cover it and refrigerate it for an hour.
*Drain the litchis, reserving the juice. Puree about ¼ of the litchis with the reserved juice.
*After this take all the remaining litchis and divide it among four glasses.
*Mix the cream and icing sugar in a bowl and then fold the litchi puree through the whipped cream.
*Spoon the mixture on the litchis and refrigerate until required.
It is ready to serve and taste the delicious Icecream.

 Stuffed bread dahiwadas

Ingredients:
Bread slice (cut into circles) - 20 nos
For the stuffing:
Big potatoes (boiled and mashed) - 2 nos
Sprouted moong (parboiled) - ½ cup
Coriander leaves (finely chopped) - ¼ cup
Mint leaves ( finely chopped) - ¼ cup
Ginger - chilly paste - ½ tsp.
Garam masala - ½ tsp.
Lemon juice - of half lemon
Salt - to taste.

For the topping:
Curds (churned) - 2cups
Date and tamarind
Chutney - as required
Coriander leaves- a few springs

For the masala:
Mix together:
Rock salt - ½ tbsp.
Jeera powder - ½ tbsp.
Red chilly powder - ½ tbsp.

Method:
1 prepare 10 flat rounds of the stuffing. Make them a little smaller than the bread circles. 2 Sandwich each between two bread circles and stick the ends with Maida paste.
3 Arrange in a serving dish.
4 Top with curds, masala, date and tamarind chutney and coriander leaves.
5 Chill and serve.

Sesame Potato Rolls Recipe

There are so many delicious dishes which add a great pleasure and taste at a time of Birthday parties, Functions or at picnics etc. Sesame Potato Rolls is one of the dishes among this.
Ingredients:
Oil - according to the quantity of material.
Black and white sesame seeds - as required.
Bread slices - 10 nos (with edges cut)
For the filling:
Big potatoes (boiled and mashed) - 2 nos
Carrots (grated) - ½ cup
Ginger-chili paste - ½ tsp.
Oregano - ½ tsp.
Coriander leaves (finely chopped) - ¼ cup
Garam masala - ½ tsp.
Lime juice - a few drops
Salt - to taste.
Corn flour - 2 tbsp.
For sticking:
Refined flour(maida) - 1 tbsp.
Water - 1/3 cup.
Method :
*Cook the refined flour with water till it thickens, with 1/3 cup of water till thick.
*Mix the ingredients for the filling. And keep it to one side.
*Roll the bread slices with a rolling pin till quite thin.
*Prepare long rolls of filling.
*Place the filling on the bread slice and prepare a tight roll sticking the ends with the maida paste.
*Put some more maida paste on the two open ends and sprinkle and press sesame seeds on them.
*Fry in oil till it becomes crispy.
*After becoming it crispy, remove it.
Now the Sesame potato roll dish is ready to serve.

You have to take number of material for baking this delicious dish.
Ingredients:
Noodles (dry wt) - 100 gms
Chicken (boneless) - 100 gms
Cabbage (shredded) - ¼ portion
Carrots (shredded) - half
Onions (chopped) - one
Capsicum (shredded) - one
Spring onions - 2
Method:
*Â Â Â Firstly cut chicken into strips, sprinkle some salt & pepper and marinate for 30 minutes.
*Â Then boil noodles in 1 litre of water with 1 teaspoon oil.
*Â Â Stir fry the shredded vegetables for 1-2 minutes in 2 tbsp. oil.
*Â Â Add the marinated chicken pieces and cook till the chicken pieces are cooked.
* Â Add 450ml. (3 cups) water along with the entire contents of knorr Chinese Chilli pack, Â Â Â Â bring it to a boil and simmer for 2 minutes.
*Â Â Add boiled noodles and mix and cook further for 1 minute.
*Â Â Then garnish it with shredded red capsicum.
Now the dish is ready to serve hot Chilli Chicken Noodles in a dinning table.

Apple soup or juice (apple wine)

Recipe of apple and wine soup:

Ingredients

Tablespoons sugar                                                 3
Pint water                                                              1
Large cooking apples, cored and peeled               6
Tablespoons breadcrumbs                                     2
Cinnamon stick                                                     1
Pared rind                                                              1 lemon
Juice                                                                      2 lemons
Pint dries red wine                                                3/4
Tablespoons redcurrant jelly                                 3
Tablespoons natural yogurt                                   4

Method

You must put sugar and water in saucepan and boil it few minutes and add apples, cinnamon, lemon rind and breadcrumbs. Simmer, stirring for approx 10 minutes until apples becomes soft. And remove lemon rind and cinnamon stick, puree the apple mixture in a blender and in mixture you add lemon juice, redcurrant jelly, simmer gently and wine, stirring until the jelly dissolves and the soup is warmed. Dispense the soup into warm soup bowls and swirl spoonful of yogurt into each one.

Take a shallow dish and then bake all items together Salt, Celery Seed, Onion, thyme, paprika and all product of upper list. Take your cat fish and dip it in milk after dipping it in milk and them put your cat fish in to cornmeal mixture and also in coat liberally after that greased it into baking sheet. After doing all these things coat well the tops of the entire fillets whit the help of cooking spray.

The Cup Chocolate CakeÂ

INGREDIENTS

Cups all-purpose flour                        1 1/3Â
Teaspoon baking soda                          1/4
Teaspoons baking powder                    2
Cup unsweetened cocoa powder           3/4
Teaspoon salt                                        1/8
Tablespoons butter, softened                3
Cups white sugar                                 1 1/2
Eggs                                                     2
Teaspoon vanilla extracts                       3/4
Cup milk                                              1

METHODSÂ

First of all preheat oven to 175 degrees C. And line a muffin pot with paper or frustrate inside layers. Examine together the flour, baking powdercocoa, baking soda and salt. Set aside.

Take a large bowl, cream with sugar and butter until light and feathery. Add eggs at a time, whipping well with each addition, then mix in the vanilla and add flour and milk make mixture alternately beat well.Â

You must bake 15-17 minutes in the preheated oven, or awaiting a toothpick inserted into the cake comes out clean. And frost with your favorites when it is cool.
