Instant Khakhra Chat
This is a chat with full of nutrients for your child, because this is healthy and slight spicy which your child should like.
Ingredients:-
22 to 30 khakhras, these will be broken into 4 to 6 pieces which were
covered with some type of toppings.
1 cup of finely chopped onion
2 tea spoon of crushed garlic
8 large tomatoes, in form of puree
1\2 cup of cubed low fat pander
1\2 cup of boiled sweet corn kernels
1\2 cup of boiled green peas
1 cup of chopped tomatoes
2 green chili, finely chopped
2 tea spoon of sugar
2 tea spoon of chili powder
1\2 tea spoon of dried oregano
2 table spoon oil
Salt as to taste
Some green coriander leaves
For the khakhra’s toppings:-
In a pan put the oil and heat it, then add chopped onion and garlic fry until they becomes light pink. Now put the tomato puree in it and cook for minutes, then add 1 chopped tomato, chili, green pea, sweet corn, pander, sugar, red chili powder, and oregano, salt and mix well. Take away from fire.
How to Serve
Break the khakhra in four pieces hen put them on a serving plate, cover them with the topping. Garnish them with chopped green coriander leaves. Serve them without delay. this is a healthy snack.

Spicy Banana Wafers
 Spicy Banana wafers were flavored with red chili and crushed peppers are just tasty. If you like crispy wafers of banana you should slice the bananas very thin with the help of slicer. When you add some chat masala and red chili in it will be a delicious snack for you.
 You need:-
 2 peeled raw bananas
Salt as per taste
1 tea spoon freshly ground pepper
1\2 tea spoon red chili
1\2 tea spoon chat masala

Method:-
 Using a wafer slicer thinly slice the peeled bananas. Now put the sliced bananas in microwave using microwave safe plate which were lined with paper tissue. Now start the microwave at the high temperature. Cook it for 4 minutes. After 1 minute turn them. Now spry ground pepper, red chili and salt and put again in microwave for 2 minutes. It is a delicious and instant cooking dish. Now it ready to eat.

Fatafat Bhindi Masala
You need:-
250 gram green bhindis
50 gram ground nut
1\2 tea spoon turmeric powder
1\2 tea spoon chili powder
A pinch of hing powder
1 tea spoon tamarind paste
Salt as per taste
How to make:-
Wash the bhindies and dry them properly. Cut off their top and cut them vertically, you should also cut the tail of bhindies. Take a pan and roast the ground nuts separately. Rub them after cooling and a thin cover which is on them will remove. Put them in a mixer with salt and grind them add turmeric powder, chili powder and tamarind paste, if you like you can add hing powder. Now fill up this masala in to the bhindis. Heat oil in a separate pan and put all the bhindis one after the other. Fry them when they becomes crispy in a slow flam. Serve withrice or with rotis.

You Need:-
8 – Normal size onion
7 – Green chilies
5 – Garlic pods
Oil for preparation
Salt as per taste
How to make:-
Cut all the onions finely. Piece perpendicularly all green chilies. Grate finely all the garlic pods. Take a pan, put oil in it then heat the oil. Add onion green chili and grated garlic in it. Cook it on a low flam. When onion cooked properly it will reduced in quantity. If you love to eat more onion you can add more onion in this dish. Now add salt as per taste in it. Then add piece of boneless chicken then cook it for some time. Now put 3 tea spoon of Soya sauce in it and cook it for 5 minutes. Now delicious and plane chicken is ready to serve. You can serve it with rice or with chappaties as you like. This is a dish which cook quickly and delicious in taste.

 FRESH FRUIT PUNCH
ingredient:-
500 ml – Water
800 grams - Sugar
600 ml - Orange juice
600 ml - Lemon juice
1200 ml - Pineapple juice
600 ml - Carbonated fruit flavored drink if you like
1\2 fruit - Pineapple
1\2 fruit - Apple
Method:-
Take a pan, pour water in it and add sugar in it then boil it for 20 minutes. Now add all fruit juices in it. Dilute it with ice cooled water. If you like sparkling affect in your drink you can add carbonated fruit drink in place of water. Now garnish it with small rounded pieces of apple and pineapple. This is a cooling drink which you like in summer. You can serve it in parties as a welcome drink. This is about 20 to 25 glasses. Be happy and cool with this fresh fruit punch.

 Delicious Chicken TikkaÂ
Ingredients:-
•   2 cup of yogurt
•   2 table spoon of lemon juice
•   4 tea spoons of ground cumin
•   2 tea spoon of ground cinnamon
•   4 tea spoons of cayenne pepper
•   4 tea spoons of freshly ground black pepper
•   2 table spoon of minced fresh ginger
•   8 tsp salt, or as per taste
•   6 boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into medium size pieces
•   8 long skewers
•   2 table spoon of butter
•   2 clove of grated garlic
•   2 jalapeno of finely chopped pepper
•   4 tea spoons of ground cumin
•   4 tea spoons of paprika
•   6 tea spoons salt, or as per taste
•   2table spoon of tomato sauce
•   2 cup of heavy cream
•   ½ cup of chopped fresh cilantro
Method:-
Take a big bowl and mix 2 table spoon of lemon juice, 4 tea spoon of cumin, yogurt, cinnamon, cayenne, ginger, black pepper and salt as per taste or about 8 tea spoons of salt. Now mix it with chicken and cover it, then put it for 1 hour in fridge. Now heat the grill and oil the grates of grill. Line the chicken pieces onto skewers, and remove from marinade. Cook it when it becomes dry and juices drop stops, Grill both side. In a separate pan melt butter put jalapeno and garlic in it, and fry for 1 minute. Flavour with 4 tea spoon of cumin, 8 tea spoon of salt and paprika. Blend in cream and tomato sauce. Cook it for 20 minutes when sauce becomes thick, cook it on medium flam. Then add grilled chicken in it and again cook for 15 minutes. Now it is ready to serve garnish with fresh cilantro.

 THEPLA A GUJRATI RECIPE
Ingredients:-
2 cup of Wheat Flour
4 finely chopped Green Chilies
2Â tea spoon Red Chili Powder
1 tea spoon Haldi (turmeric)
2 table spoon Ginger & Garlic paste
2 tea spoon Ajwain a pinch of Hing
1 bunch of green Methi Leaves
2 tea spoon Coriander powder
2 tea spoon Cumin Seeds powder
Salt as per taste
Oil as required
Method of making Thepla:-
Take wheat flour in a plane liner bowl. Add all the ingredients in to it mix well now add 2 tea spoon oil in it add green methi leaves and knead it and it will be a soft and smooth dough. Now put it a side for 20 minutes. Now make small size smooth balls of the dough. Then make thin rounds of these balls with the help of wooden pata and belan separately. Cook all the theplas in a heated griddle separately. You should cook the theplas in both side. Cook them with spreading oil on them on one side and then other side. Cook all the theplas same as above. Remove it from griddle when they evenly cooked. Serve hot with green chutney or fresh curd or with fresh butter.

Mixed dal of Rajasthan
you need:-
1 cup of chana dal
1 cupof arhar dal
1 cup of green moong dal
2 table spoon urad dal
2 tablespoon whole moong
6 tea spoons red chili powder
1/2 tea spoon turmeric powder
2 tea spoon green coriander powder
1 tea spoon fresh garam masala
6 cloves
4 bay leaves
2 tea spoon cumin seeds
4 green chilies, cut vertical
A pinch of asafoetida (hing)
4 tea spoons dry mango powder
4 tea spoons tamarind pulp
6 table spoons pure ghee you can use oil
Salt as per taste
Method:-
Firstly clean and wash the all dal and then add 8 cups of water. Cook it in Pressure cooker when dal are cooked, commonly 3 to 4 whistles will be enough. Take a bowl mix garam masala, red chili powder, turmeric powder, green coriander powder and 6 table spoons water then mix it properly put aside.
Now heat the pure ghee in a pan. Put he bay leaves cloves asafetida chopped green chili and cumin seeds. After some times cumin seeds will splits then pour the prepared paste in it and stir for 2 to 3 minutes. Now pour cooked dal imli pulp and green mango powder in it. Before serving you can add some water if required. Garnish with green coriander leaves and lemon slices. This is a healthy food because in this dal we used five types of dal and pure ghee.

GUJRATI DISH
40 khakra’s will be made
Cooking time about 40 minutes and Time will be in preparing about 30 minutes
Ingredients:-
Wheat flour -4 cups
Dry leaves of kasuri methi - 2 cup
Or
Finely cut green methi leaves
Ajwaine seeds (carom)- 4 tea spoon
Red chilli powder -1\2 tea spoon
Turmeric powder- 1 tea spoon
Moen for khakra -2 tablespoon oil
Salt as per taste
Method:-
Take wheat flour in a owl put oil in it and mix it properly then add all the ingredients and knead it by pouring little water when it becomes a soft stiff dough. Cover it and put aside for 20 minutes. After 20 minutes, make 40 balls of the soft stiff dough. Make thin circles with the help of wooden pata and belan. Now heat the barbecue in a medium flame and add 2 teaspoon of oil and put the thin circles in it, fry it with pressing it. Be careful it should not puffed, Cook it when these are becoming crispy. These all crispy rounds are known as khakra. Now these are ready to serve. You can serve as desired or as snacks.

For 8 people
Food preparation time- 1and 1\2 hour
Soak the rajma beans for 8 to 10 hours before preparing.
Delicious Rajma Chawal
Ingredients:-
2 cup of Red Kidney Beans or rajma (should be soaked at least 8 hours)
1 cup of grated onions
2 tea spoon of grated ginger
2 cup of tomatoes puree
2 teaspoon of cumin seeds
2 tea spoon of turmeric powder
2 tea spoon of cumin powder
2 tea spoon of garam masala powder
2 table spoon of fresh butter
4 table spoons of finely chopped green coriander leaves
2 tea spoon Vegetable Oil
Salt as per taste

Method
Take a pan. Pour oil in it, now heat the oil. Put grated ginger and grated onions in it. Stir fry when onions become brown and smooth. Add tomato puree garam masala cumin powder turmeric powder and fry them. Now add rajma (which is previously cooked in a pressure cooker)1 cup of water fresh butter and cook it in a slow flam till 35 minutes. You can garnish with green coriander leaves. It is a healthy food. Serve hot with chawal(rice).
