Tomato Egg Curry

Tomato Egg Curry
Ingredients:-

2 cup of tomato finely chopped
8 eggs (should be hard boiled) Tip for Healthier Alternative
2 onions (sliced)
Spices:-

2 green chilies (chopped)
2 tea spoon garam masala
½ tea spoon turmeric powder
2 tea spoon garlic paste
4 inch cinnamon or 1 tea spoon of cinnamon powder
4 bay leaves (optional)
Oil for deep frying
Salt as per your taste
Preparation:-

Cut the all boiled eggs into half (from the middle). Deep fry them till they becomes brown (when you deep fry them be careful). Use up the extra oil. Take another fry pan and put oil in them after heating the oil put the chopped onions in it and fry then in a low flam. Now add all the spices in it. Now add finely chopped tomatoes in it and also add some water. Cook it for 30 minutes in a slow medium heat. After 30 minutes it becomes chunky or thicker just like pasta sauce. Now you can add the deep fried eggs in it again cook them for 5 minutes. Serve hot with any thing you like as roti or rice.

STUFFED ROTI WITH ALU

STUFFED ROTI WITH ALU
Delicious Indian Food
Ingredients:-

3 cups of whole wheat flour
6 large potatoes
6 hot green chili peppers finely chopped
8 table spoon cilantro (Coriander) leaves finely chopped
8 table spoon ghee, butter or vegetable oil for frying (optional)
2 tea spoon salt or according to taste
Preparation:-

Boil the potatoes in a presser cooker and after cooling peel them. Take wheat flour in a parat and pour the ghee in it after mixing Knead it with a pinch of salt and water, you can add water as required to make soft dough. Take a side this dough in a warm place for one hour. Now add finely chopped green chili, green coriander leaves in peeled and mashed potatoes. Now divide this dough into sixteen equal portions and roll them in a circular round shape. Now fill the potato mixture between the two rolled out dough. After spreading the potato mix inside the bread roll them again. Cook these stuffed ( roti)breads on a skillet with ghee or with oil. Serve hot with green Chutney. It also very tasty with curd.

DELICIOUS CHEESE PALAK SAMOSA
YOU NEED:-

100 grams- cream cheese
1 kilogram – palak
1 big – onion chopped
1 big – potato boiled and mashed
1 table spoon – garlic paste
2 medium – green chili chopped
¼ small – jaiphal (nutmeg)
10 stripes of maida
½ tea spoon – mango powder (amchur)
1 tea spoon – jeera (cumin) powder
2 table spoon oil
Salt as per your taste
Black pepper as per taste
Oil for deep frying
How to make:-

Boil the potato and after cooling peel them and mash them. Now take pan heat oil in it add chopped onion and garlic paste in it fry till golden brown. Put spinach in boiled water for 2 minutes then take away and chop them in small pieces. Now add onion, garlic, chili, jaiphal, cumin in it. Add cream cheese and black pepper in it. Now spread this mixture on maida stripes. Make a paste of maida flour and water. Put this paste on sides of maida stripes and stick them. Now fry this samosa in medium hot oil and fry them till golden brown in a low heat. Serve hot with chutney.

Orange Cashew Nuts

Orange Cashew Nuts
YOU NEED;-

250 gram – maida(wheat flour)
100 gram – lemon juice
50 gram – paneer
10 gram – curd
Ghee for deep frying
½ pinch of orange color
¼ tea spoon of salt
200 gram chashni of sugar
HOW TO MAKE:-

Take a big flat plate and put wheat flour, salt, curd, paneer, and lemon juice in it mix them properly and make a hard dough of it. Make thick roties of this dough. Now take a bottle opener and press that on thick roties, now cut them from middle. Now it has a shape just like cashews. Then heat ghee in a pan and deep fry them in a low heat. Now cool them and after cooling put them in chashni , you should mix orange color in sugar chashni. Now after cooling chashni will cover the cashew nut all around and they will sweet in taste. Serve them as a snack. This is a healthy food.

ORANGE RICE

You need:-
250 grams – basmati rice
100 grams – orange juice
150 grams – sugar
100 gram – cheese
1 table spoon – ghee
1 drop of – kewada essence
1 drop of orange essence
A pinch of orange color
A pinch of salt
1 big cardamom
8 to 10 grapes
15 to 20 pomegranates
How to make:-
Cook the rice half with salt and ghee; now spread the rice in a big plate. Make chashni with sugar and orange juice. Take a pan and heat the ghee in it. Now make a baghar of cardamom black and then mix the cheese in it. Now mix properly it with rice and put them in chashni. Now steams cook them for five minutes in a low heat. Now your orange rice is ready to eat. Serve it in a bowl and garish with grapes and pomegranates crystal. Serve hot. It is a delicious food.

Simple Dal Fry

INDIAN FOODÂ

You need:-

1/2 cup red letils
1/2 cup yellow moong dal (Whole green gram )
1/4 cup masoor dal (red gram )
1/4 cup channa dal (chickpeas )
1/2 teaspoon Garam masala powder
1 ½ cup onion (finely chopped)
¾ cup tomatoes (chopped)
1 teaspoon turmeric powder
1 teaspoon red chili powder
8 tablespoon ghee
Salt as per your taste
For Garnishing:-

5 to 7 hot green chilies
1 teaspoon cumin
1 teaspoon mustard seed
1 ¼ teaspoon garlic paste
1 ¼ teaspoon ginger paste
1 tablespoon lemon juice
4 tablespoon coriander (chopped)
 Preparation:-

Mix all dals and wash them carefully. Immerse them in water for 20 minutes. Cook them gradually in a low heat till half done. In a pan put ½ of ghee heat it and fry onions in it. Now add all of the spices given above till onions turns into slight golden brown. Now mix the all the dals cooked previously and the onion and cook until done.
now heat 4 tea spoon ghee in a seperate pan and put all of all the garnishing masala except lemon juice and Cilantro. Fry them for 2 more seconds. now take away from heat and put lemon juice and finely chopped green coriander leaves to Dal. Before serving pour fried garnish into the Dal. Serve hot with rice or roti.

Spicy Channa

 Spicy Channa
Ingredients:-

4 cups cooked chickpeas or canned chickpeas
1 ½ cups of onions (diced)
1 cup of tomatoes (diced)
2 teaspoon garam masala
2 teaspoon cumin
2 teaspoon turmeric
1 teaspoon garlic paste
3/4 teaspoon ginger paste
2 tablespoon oil
Salt to taste
If you like:-
A pinch of Hing
Few cloves
1 teaspoon hot red chili powder (alter according to taste)
½ teaspoon black peppers
1 tablespoon cinnamon powder
4 bay leaves
For Garnishing:-
Few leaves fresh cilantro leaves (finely chopped)
 How to make:-

Heat oil in a pan and put hing in it. Add diced onions, tomatoes and all the above given spices. Stir fry when onions become golden brown in color. Now add channa (chickpeas), salt and water in it. To make it thick mash some chickpeas and add them to the container. Cook it in a low flame for 20 to 30 minutes. Now garnish it with Cilantro. Serve hot with roti, Puris or with rice. This is a healthy food.

Gujrat Ki Kadhi

DELICIOUS FOOD
You need:-

4 Cups Sour Curd
8 tea spoon Besan(gram flour)
1 inch Ginger, finely chopped
4 Green chilies, finely chopped
Salt as per Taste
A handful of fresh green Coriander leaves
4 tea spoon Oil
AÂ Pinch of Turmeric powder
1 tea spoon Cinnamon powder
For tadka :-
1/2 tea spoon Cumin seeds
1/2 tea spoon Mustard seeds
Few Curry leaves
A pinch of Asafetida
Preparation:

Blend the curd and mix four cups of water in it. Now add the gram flour, turmeric powder, salt in it then mix it properly. Then make a paste of chili, ginger, cinnamon and green coriander leaves. Now cook the curd mix on a dim flame up to boil and stir constantly. Now put mix the ground paste in it, and boil it again. Now take a separate pan, and heat oil in it. Now put all the above seasonings in it. Fry them till they splutter. Now pour this tadka or seasonings on your guajarati kadhi. Garnish it with green coriander leaves and serve hot with chapattis or with rice.

Pudding With Oranges

YOU NEED:-
6 oranges
1/4 pints milk
1/2 oz corn flour
2 oz butter
6 oz sugar
4 eggs
Salt as per taste
How to make orange pudding:

Peel all the oranges, cut them into pieces and put then in a greased dish with butter. Mix corn flour in a little milk. Now boil the remaining milk, and add it to the corn flour paste and cook it for about 10 minutes, stirring continuously. Now add salt and butter. Shake over some sugar grains on the oranges. Then mix the remaining sugar and the eggs yolks properly, and add to the corn flour and milk mixture. Cook it for 1 or 2 minutes with continuously stirring it but don’t boil it. Now pour this mixture on the oranges and again bake it for about 10 minutes. Now blend the egg white bubbly, and pour it with a little castor sugar, pie on top and go back to cool it in oven for about 10 minutes, to set it and got a touch of pale brown.

INDIAN DRINKÂ

Ingredients:

6 cups of plain Curd (Yogurt) with curd cream
3\4 th cup of Sugar (Cheeni)
1 cup of Ice cold Water
16 -20 crushed Ice-cubes

How to make meethe lassi:

When you start to make it, take off 8 pieces of solid ‘curd cream’. It will be on the top of the curd. Use it for garnishing.
Take a bowl and put the sugar and curd in it and blend it in a mixer until it becomes frothy. Now add the ice cold water in it and blend it again in brief. Mix in this the crushed ice. You can also use a hand mixer. Split the sugar and curd mixture into two set, cover, and then process them for 2 to 4 minutes each portion of mixture. Now pour the drink into 8 cooled glasses. Cautiously put a spoon of curd cream, if you loved it. Garnish every drink with curd cream and shake over of sugar. Serve cool so serve quikly.
