MANGO WITH CREAM

MANGO WITH CREAM
You need:-

4 cup of ripe mango puree
2 table spoon of lime juice
2 cup of heavy fresh cream
2 table spoon unflavored gelatin 1 cup of sugar
How to make mango with cream:-
Shake over the unflavored gelatin on 2/3 cup of cool water, when it dissolves, stir it, now cook it in a lower temperature on heat. Then cool it. Now mix properly the ripe mango puree, lime juice, sugar, and gelatin. Beat the fresh cream when it becomes stiff, and then fold over smoothly but entirely into the mango mixture. Now put this mixture into an ice-cream mold, rinse it with very cool water. Now put these molds to the frieze for freezing or till it set. Unmold it and serve simply, or you can garnish them with mango chunks. It is a cool-cool food for summer.

Chutney With Banana And Mango
You Need:-

1/2 tea spoon Salt
50 gram Kishmish or raisin
1/2 tea spoon red Chilli powder
1 tea spoon paste of Ginger
1/2 tea spoon Garlic paste
6 medium size Bananas
150 ml of White wine vinegar
2 medium size Mango
15o gram Brown sugar
2 tea spoon Garam Masala
2 small Cinnamon Stick
How to make chutney of mango and banana:-
Take a small pan and put the sugar, vinegar, ginger, garam masala, salt, cinnamon, garlic and chilli powder in it. Peel four bananas, and after slicing them add them to the pan. Peel the mangoes and cut them into small pieces or chunks. Now half of them will be added to the pan and half will be reserved for. Now put the banana mixture on heat in a low heat with out covering it, it will be for about 10 minutes, till the mix becomes thick and pulpy. You should be careful that stirring in between is must. Now peel the left over 4 bananas, sliced them and stir them into the chutney, also add remaining mango cubes and raisins. Serve it cool or you can serve it hot.

Fresh Green Mango And Onion Salad
You need:-

2 Green Chili finely chopped
some fresh green coriander leaves
1/2 tea spoon red Chili powder or more as you like
2 Green Mango
1 Onion chopped finely
a Pinch of Turmeric powder
Salt as per taste
How to make green mango onion salad:-
Wash and peel the green mango then chop the mango into very small pieces. Now cut the onions and mix together them. Now add red-chili-powder and turmeric powder in it and mix properly. Garnish it with some fresh green Coriander-Leaves. You should be careful to add salt, the salt will added just before your serving it is to keep away from oozing of water. You can mix very little sugar in it if the green mango is very sour and you do not like too sour. This dish is just like chutney or acts as salad.

DAHI SABZI SALAD

You need:-

½ cup of chopped cabbage

½ up of chopped carrot

½ cup of chopped tomato

½ cup of chopped cucumber

½ cup of 3 colored shimla mirchi

½ cup of boiled chopped potato

½ cup of peas

For dressing:-

½ cup of curd with out water

2 tea spoon of jatun oil

1 tea spoon garlic paste

1 tea spoon of vinegar

½ tea spoon of white pepper powder

Salt as per taste

How to make:-

Mix all the ingredients which are given for the dressing above. The vegetables should be cut in long way. Add the dressing in it. Chop the boiled potatoes in small pieces and add peas in it. Mix well all the things, now it is ready. Cool it in a freeze for some time before serving. Serve it cool. You can garnish with green coriander leaves if you like. It is a delicious food for every one.

Delicious Mango Raita
Ingredients:

1/2 tea spoon Black Mustard seeds
2 Red Chilli, flakes
2 cup of fresh Curd
1 tea spoon Sugar
4 medium size Ripe Mangoes
2 table spoon Chopped Onion
Salt as per taste
2 tea spoon Oil
2 Green Chilli, finely cut
2 table spoon Grated fresh Coconut
2 tea spoon Mustard Powder
How to make mango raita:
Peel the ripe mango and cut the mango in small pieces. Now take the curd and add the green chillies, mustard powder, fresh coconut, salt and sugar in it. Beat them together and then add it to the mango pieces and mix it. Now take a pan and heat oil in it. In hot oil put the mustard seeds. When mustard seeds start popping, now add the onion and red chilli in it. When the onion becomes golden brown take out from the fire and add to the curd mixture. Mix properly and serve it at the room temperature or if you like you can serve it cool. Garnish with chopped green coriander leaves. It is a delicious food.

Fruit salad

You need:-

½ cup of banana

½ cup of apple

½ cup of orange

½ up of grapes

½ cup of papaya

½ cup of pineapple

For dressing:-

2 tea spoon lemon juice

2 tea spoon honey

2 tea spoon jatun oil

2 tea spoon mint leaves finely chopped

½ tea spoon white pepper

Salt as per taste

How to make:-

Take a bottle and pour all the dressings ingredients in it. Mix them properly. Chop all the fruits finely and put the in a big bowl. Now add the dressing in it and mix them properly. Garnish with mint leaves. You can add any fruits which you like. You can increase the quantity or manage the proportion as you like. Some time you can add sugar in it for change of your taste. Serve it with or after the lunch. You should like this recipe.

Stuffed Cheela

You need—-

For paste:-

200 gram rice flour

100 gram wheat flour or maida

50 gram semolina

200 ml milk

50 gram molasses of khajur

For stuffing:-

200 gram cream or rabadi

50 gram fresh coconut powder

20 gram sugar

2 gram cardamom powder

How to make:-

Make a paste of rice flour, maida, semolina, milk and molasses. Mix properly and make a smooth and fine paste of it.

For stuffing:- heat the coconut powder and mix sugar in it. When sugar was melted take it out from the heat. And add cream or rabadi in it.

Now take a non stick pan and heat them. Put some ghee on it and spread the past on it just like dosa, it will be a thin layer of paste. Cook it in a medium heat. When it cooked fill stuffing in it and fold from both side just like dosa. Serve hot with green spicy chutney.

Lacchha paratha(a delicious food)
Ingredients:

2 cup of Whole Wheat Flour or (Atta)
1 table spoon Oil or ghee
Salt as per taste
Butter/Ghee (Pure ghee) for frying
1 cup of water for kneading the atta
How to make:-
Make dough with Atta with taking in 1table spoon oil and salt in it. Make the dough as paratha. Take it for 30 minutes previous and cover it with humid muslin cloth. Take a small size piece of dough. Now make a roll of it using dry flour. Now spread the liquid ghee correctly over whole surface. Cut this in long way about 2” by using a knife now fold it inwards. Spread Oil or ghee on every fold. Now press this calmly to wards the center. Now every layer will show clearly it will now roll like a normal paratha. Now cook it on a Tawa. Turn it and cook both side by spreading butter or ghee on them. Cook them in a low heat until they become golden brown. It is a healthy food. Serve hot.

Paneer ki katri

You need:-

300 gram paneer

50 gram mustered

50 gram mustered ki dal

25 gram green chili

50 ml. mustered oil

100 gram curd(without water)

1 lemon juice

50 gram garlic and ginger paste

Salt as per taste

2 banana leaves

How to make:-

Cut the paneer in square in shape. Soak rai, mustered kid al and chili in water for 20 minutes. Then make a past of them. Now add mustered oil, ginger garlic paste, curd, salt, and lemon juice in it. Mix properly then leave it for 30 minutes.

Now cut the banana leaves in 8 inches pieces and give them some heat, then they will fold easily. Now put paneer in it and cook them for 20 minutes in a steamer or in a strainer in steam. Serve hot with rice. It is a delicious food.

Some important tips for making ice creams

Some important tips for making ice creams:-

1. To make fluffy ice cream defrost the freezer. Then use covered aluminum utensil for making ice-cream. You should cool the utensil in which you want to freeze the ice ream.

2. You should set the freezer at high temperature and then after some time take it down at normal temperature.

3. If you want, your ice-cream becomes thicker quickly, mix a cup of milk powder in one kg of milk.

4. To avoid ice in ice-cream take out the ice cream after putting some times in freezer, then spread some salt in it and again put it in freezer.

5. When you make ice creams for children add some dry fruits in it. You can also add some seasonal fruits in it.

6. Make different shapes of ice cream using different shapes of ice tray.

7. Before serving the ice cream put the ice cream spoon in hot water, it will be easy to serve.
