Corn’s Poha

You need:-

6 whole corn

2 onions, finely chopped

4 green chilli, finely chopped

1 table spoon of green coriander leaves, finely chopped

Salt as per taste

1 tea spoon of red chilli power

1 tea spoon of amchur(dry mango powder)

1 tea spoon of garam masala

2 table spoon of oil

2 table spoon of coconut powder

1 table spoon of anar dane

How to make:-

Grate the corns. If you feel it is thick then blend it in a mixer. Now heat oil in a kadai and put chopped onions, green chilli, and dry masala and stir fry it. When it become light brown then add grated corn in it. Cook it in a low heat with cover it by a lid. When it done add 2 tea spoon of lemon juice in the place of amchur powder, serve it hot. The grated corn will becomes soft when it done. Garnish with green coriander leaves, anar dana, and coconut powder.

Corn’s cutlets

You need:-

7 to 8 whole corn

125 gram of gram flour

4 to 5 green chilli finely chopped

2 to 3 onions

1 tea spoon of ginger garlic paste

½ tea spoon of cumin powder

½ tea spoon of turmeric powder

1 tea spoon of red chilli powder

½ tea spoon of coriander powder

Salt as per your taste

1 table spoon of oil

How to make:-

Take out the corn seeds from the whole corn and dip them in water for 6 to 7 hours. Then drain it and blend it in a mixer and make a paste of it. Now put onion, green chilli, garlic, cumin, green coriander leaves into a mixer and make a paste of it. Now add gram flour, turmeric powder, chilli, salt in corn paste. Also add onion‘s mixture in it. Mix them properly. Now make cutlets from it and deep fry them up to crispy. They turns into golden brown in colour.

You need:-

2 cucumber of medium sized

½ cup of lobia

1 table spoon onions finely chopped

1 tea spoon of green chilli finely chopped

1 tea spoon of ginger finely chopped

1 tea spoon of lemon juice

1 tea spoon of chat masala

1 tea spoon of mint leaves finely chopped

1 tea spoon of green coriander leaves

Salt as per your taste

How to make:-

Peel the cucumber and cut 1 inch tip of it. Now make long stretches on cucumber with the help of fork. Now cut it in one inch pieces of it. Now hollow it from the one side with using a scooper but do not make hole on the other side. Cut this pulp in to small pieces. Now take lobia and add onions, ginger, green chillis, lemon juice, tomatoes, small pieces of cucumber pulp, salt, and chat masala in it. Also add mint leaves and coriander in it. Now put this mix into the cucumber pieces which you make hollow. Serve it.

And the next step is to add the onions and keep on frying on low heat until the onions are soft and golden brown. Then add the turmeric powder (Haldi) and red chilly powder (pisi lal mirch) and mix. And then add in the potatoes. Sprinkle salt over and heat lightly to mix well together. And the recipe is ready to be served. It is an Indian recipe mostly like by Indian people either eaten with hot chapatti and rice.

Mushrooms In Curd Gravy

You need:-

2 big onions- finely chopped

6 to 8 pods of garlic finely chopped

8 green chilli finely chopped

2 tea spoon of ginger finely chopped

½ tea spoon of turmeric powder

½ tea spoon of kalongi or onion’s seeds

1 tea spoon of red chilli powder

2 tea spoon of garam masala

2 tea spoon of flour you can use wheat or corn which you like

2 cups of curd

Salt as per your taste

Little oil

How to make:-put oil in a pan and heat it then stir fry the onion, ginger – garlic paste in it, also add green chillies and fry it up to translucent. Now add all the given spices in it and stir fry it for only 1 or 2 minutes. Now add the any flour which you like in taste and continuously stir it till it mix properly. Now add curd and cook it in a low heat. Now add salt and mushrooms in it. Serve hot with garnishing the coriander leaves.
