Crystal Mountain Jelly
Things you need to make:-
2 – Cup of boiled water
1 – Pack of lemon jelly
1/ 2 cup of boiled water
1 /4 ras bhary jelly
You can take any fruit such as banana or orange or any other.
How to make this recipe:-
Boil to cup of water and take out it from the heat. Now add lemon jelly powder in to it and mix it properly. When the jelly melts pour it in to the molds. Also add chopped fruits in to it. Now put it in to the fridge and allow it to freeze. Now boil 1 /2 cup of water and than take out it from the heat, now add ras bharry jelly powder in to it and when it melts put it in to the round shape molds. Put it in to the fridge. Allow it to freeze. After some hours both the jelly were freeze then put the lemon jelly in to the center of the plate and make small pieces of the res bharry jelly and spread them around the lemon jelly. It looks like a mountain and so it named as crystal mountain jelly. Fruites makes it delicious and healthier for kids. They should like it.this is a designer food.

Cauli Flower Omelet
Things you need to make:-
1 – Whole cauli flower
500 – grams of tomatoes
A bunch of green coriander leaves
2 – Green chillies
125 grams of gram flour or besan
Little oil for roasting
Salt as per your taste
1/ 2 tea spoon of red chili powder
1 inch piece of ginger
1/ 4 tea spoon of turmeric powder
How to make this recipe:-
Wash the cauliflower and grate it. Boil the tomatoes and after cooling make puree of it and strain it. Chop finely the ginger, green coriander, and green chilies. Now take a big bowl and add salt, turmeric powder, red chili powder, gram flour or besan and grated cauliflower in to it and mix them all properly. Now make a thick paste by adding tomato puree in to it. Now heat tava and put one spoon of oil or ghee. Spread the prepared mix on it just like we make dosa. Put some oil on it and some around it. Cook it on both sides. When it becomes crispy take it out. It will be red on one side. Serve hot with sauce or tamarind chutney or green chutney. You can add any other vegetables in to it. Enjoy this delicious dish.

Aloo Banda
Things you need:-
250 - Grams of potatoes
125 – Grams of gram flour or besan
1 – Big sized onion
1 – Inch piece of ginger
1 – Tea spoon of green coriander
A bunch of green coriander leaves
1 /2 tea spoon of dry mango powder
125 – Grams of green peas
250 – Grams of oil
How to make this recipe:-
Boil the potatoes and after cooling peel them and mash them properly. Now after peeling boil the peas. Make a thick paste of besan with adding required water. Add salt, red chili powder, a pinch of sodium carbonate, mix properly. Chop the onions, green chili, green coriander leaves in small pieces. Heat oil in a kadai add chopped onions and just after 2 minutes add mashed potatoes, peas and then other all masalas in to it and mix them properly.
Now make rolls or balls from this mixture just after cooling it. Now dip these balls in to the thick besan paste and heat more oil in a kadai and put these dipped balls in to it and deep fry them. Cook them till they become slight crispy or slight golden brown. You can cook in a deferent way after pressing cook it again for more crisp. Serve hot with sauce or any type of chutney.

RUHAFJA FOR EID
EID is a festival of celebration and you want to enjoy it with sweets and sherbet. You were made many sweets in this occasion and sherbet is also very essential for your guest, so give them this home made ruhafja sharbat.
Things you need:-
800 – Grams of sugar
300 – Grams of water
30 – Grams of citric acid
50 – Grams of fresh red rose
1 – Tea soon of red colour
1 – Tea spoon of coriander seeds
5 – Green cardamom
5 – Grams of fresh green mint leaves
5 – Ml of mixed fruit essence
HOW TO MAKE THIS ID SPECIAL SHARBAT:-
Put fresh rose leaves, sugar, and water in to a pan and make a chashni from it. When sugar dissolves add citric acid and cook it. When the ruhafja is cooked strain it with a smooth malmal cloth. Now allow it to cool.
Now soak dry cardamom, dry green coriander seeds, and mint leaves in to the water for one hour. Make a past of it and strain it with a thin cloth. Now dissolve colour in to the water, put this coloured water in to the strained mixture and also add essence in to it. Now2 your delicious home made sharbat is ready.

Chenna Peda
Things you need for cooking:-
1/ 2 kilo grams of chenna
100 grams of cashew nuts
100 grams of sugar powder
10 grams of pista finely chopped
1 table spoon of red cherry
How to make this recipe:-
You can make chenna at home. First boil the milk on medium heat and put 2 or 3 table spoon of lemon juice in to the milk when it starts boiling. Boil then with out stirring. When milk becomes thick and its water comes out you should know paneer or chenna is ready. Drain out it with the sieve and do not waste this milky water.
Rub the chenna properly till it becomes very soft. Grind the cashews in a mixer, make thick powder of it. Now add sugar powder and cashew nut powder in to the chenna and blend it properly. Now make equal balls from this mixture. Cut each balls from the middle and give them a flat shape just like peda. Garnish with pista powder and red cherry.
When you make paneer the water comes out is rich with proteins. Do not waste it. You can make curry with it and you can make puries or chapatti’s dough. They will be soft and tasty.

Wheat Flour AND Besan Laddu
Some times any important guest comes at your home and you want to serve some new dessert with lunch or dinner, you think how to make and what to make. I made this recipe with the thing which we normally have in our rasoi. I like it you can try it and enjoy………..
Things you need:-
250 – Grams of wheat flour
250 – Grams of gram flour or besan
1 – Cup of coconut powder
750 – Grams of pure desi ghee
500 - Grams of sugar powder
50 – Grams of almonds (finely chopped)
50 – Grams of cashew nuts (finely chopped)
25 – Grams of pista (finely chopped)
25 – Grams of raisins
5 – Grams of cardamom
How to make this dessert:-
Heat the pure desi ghee in a kadai and put wheat flour and gram flour in to it and roast them in a low heat. When you taste it in a low flame it will be delicious but if you roast it in a high flame it will burn and taste will very bad. Now add all the chopped dry fruits in to it and mix properly. Now add coconut powder and cardamom pow2der in to it. Mix again. When it becomes slight cool then add sugar powder (grind the sugar in to a grinder). Now mix it with rubbing by both the hands and make laddu from this mixture. Your delicious bread laddu are ready.

ARBI KI PATTE KE PATOD
Things you need to make it:-
8 - Leaves of arbi (a green vegetable)
250 – Grams of gram flour or besan
2 – Big onions
1 - Inch piece of ginger
4 - Cloves of garlic
2 – Green chillies
1 - Table spoon of coriander powder
1/ 2 - tea spoon of cumin seeds
1 - Table spoon of thick tamarind juice
1/ 2 - tea spoon of garam masala
1 - Tea spoon of dry mango powder
Salt as per your taste
Oil for frying
How to make this recipe:-
Wash the arbi leafs and takes one side to dry. Now make a paste of green chili, ginger, garlic, cumin seeds, and onions. Make a thick paste of besan. Now add salt, garam masala, coriander powder, tamarind thick paste or dry mango powder in to it.
Now place one arbi leaf onward and spread gram flour paste evenly then put another leaf on it. Now again spread besan mixture on it and put on other leaf on it. Do same process till all leaves finished. Now fold them roundly from both edges. Cook it on the steam. After cooling make pieces of it. Now deep fry them until they become golden brown. Serve hot with chutney or with out chutney. This is an Indian food recipe.

Lauki (Bottle Gourd’s) Ke Kofte
Things you need:-
500- Grams of bottle gourd
2 - Table spoon of gram flour or besan
100 - Grams of oil for frying
4 tea spoon of coriander powder
2 – Big onions
1 inch piece of ginger
4 – Cloves of garlic
1 - Tea spoon of cumin seeds
1 tea spoon of turmeric powder
1 tea spoon of red chili powder
2 green chilies
1 tea spoon of dry mango powder
2 big tomatoes
1 tea spoon of curd
1 tea spoon of garam masala
A bunch of Green coriander leaves
How to make this delicious kofta:-
Grate the lauki and cook it for about 5 to 10 minutes in presser cooker. Then press with hands and take out all the water from it. If you think you can add ½ cup of water at the time of boiling. Make a paste of green chili and ginger. Now add gram flour, coriander powder, dry mango powder and ½ tea spoon of ginger past in to the lauki, and make balls from it.
Heat oil in a kadai and deep fry them. Make a paste of onion and also make puree on tomatoes. Heat oil in a kadai and add cumin seeds, ginger garlic paste, and then put onions paste stir fry it till golden brown then add tomato puree. Add curd and all spices into it. Add little water if required. Add koftas into it. Serve with garnishing with coriander leaves.

KACCHE COCO NUT KI TIKKI
THINGS YOU NEED:
1 - Cup of kaccha coconut grated
1 – Table spoon of khus-khus
1 – Small piece of dal chini
2 – Cloves
2 – Big cardamom
Salt as per your taste
1-green chilli
1 - Tea spoon of gram flour or besan
1 – Tea spoon of garam masala
How to make this recipe;-
Blend the grated coconut and make a paste. Finely chop the green chilies. Roast the dal chini, big cardamom, and cloves dryly and then make a paste of them. Also roast the khus-khus and make a powder of it. Now take coco nut past and add gram flour, finely chopped green chilies, salt, khus-khus powder and garam masala in to it. Now make it round shape tikki and roast on a heated tava.
Roasting of tikkies:-
Heat a thick tava on medium heat and spread one table spoon of oil on it then put tikkies on it and now cook in a low – medium heat. Cook it on both sides with putting oil on it. They will be golden brown on both sides. It will be slight crispy. Serve hot with adding dahi or curd and tamarind chutney on it. You can add some chopped onions also if you like. It is a delicious chat.

Delicious Cucumber Raita
Things you need:-
200 – Grams of curd
2 – Cucumber
2 – Green chilies
One bunch of green coriander leaves
1/ 4 tea spoon of black pepper
1/ 4 tea spoon of red chili powder
1/ 2 tea spoon o f mustard seeds
1 – Tea spoon of oil
Salt as per your taste
How to make raita recipe:-
Peel the cucumber and grate them with the help of a grater. Take out the water from the grated cucumber by pressing it with palm. Now blend the curd and add salt, cumin powders (roast then and grind them). Now add finely chopped green chili and cucumber in to it. You can add mustered powder in to curd or make a baghar and put in it. If you like you can add 1/ 4 tea spoon of sugar to increase the taste. Garnish with finely chopped coriander leaves, cumin powder, and red chili powder.
