Mango Garlic Pickle
You need:-
6 small pieces of Ginger
16 flakes of Garlic
4 medium sized Onion
2 tea spoon of Black pepper corns
2 tea spoon of Cloves
1 kg of Gingili oil
2 kg of Mango slices
4 table spoon of Chilli powder
2 cups of Vinegar
How to make:-
Make a fine paste of onion, garlic, ginger, and cloves in an electric mixer. If you feel some problem of thickness during the grinding you can add some vinegar. Now heat oil in a kadai, use only ¼ of the oil given above, put mango slices in it and cooks them for 10 minutes. Then put salt and chili powder in it. Again cook it for up to 15 minutes. Now add he paste which you make previously, also put remaining oil and vinegar in it. Now cook this mixture in a slow heat for 10 minutes. After cooling, put it in a dry jar. Now delicious aachar is ready. When you put it in fridge it will well up to 6 months.

Ingredients:
4 cups – maida all purpose flour
3\4 cups - semolina (suji) optional
2 cup - vegetable oil
8 – Boiled potatoes
2 teaspoon - whole coriander seeds
2 teaspoon - red chilli powder
2 teaspoon - garam masala
3 tablespoon - coriander powder
2 tablespoon – amchur powder
Salt as per taste

Method:
How to Prepare the Filling Mixture:

First boil the potatoes in pressure cooker you can use microwave also. After small cooling peel them and then mash potatoes using potato masher or grate them. Now add salt, red chilli powder, amchur powder, garam masala and coriander powder in it. Mix well all the ingredients.

For Samosa

After putting maida through a sieve add salt in it. Now add vegetable oil in it when it mix well you see that you can make bowls of this. Now as required use water in it to make smooth dough. Then create little round bolls with this smooth dough. Now make chappati with this small roll. Now place a lean layer of mashed mixture of potato on it. Now roll them as they become chappati roll. Then slice these roll by a spiky knife into small pieces. Now you have the pieces which are alternetly layered with maida and potato. Deep fry them in a heavy pan with oil when they become golden brown. Serve hot. This is delicious with tea.

Apple soup or juice (apple wine)

Recipe of apple and wine soup:

Ingredients

Tablespoons sugar                                                 3
Pint water                                                              1
Large cooking apples, cored and peeled               6
Tablespoons breadcrumbs                                     2
Cinnamon stick                                                     1
Pared rind                                                              1 lemon
Juice                                                                      2 lemons
Pint dries red wine                                                3/4
Tablespoons redcurrant jelly                                 3
Tablespoons natural yogurt                                   4

Method

You must put sugar and water in saucepan and boil it few minutes and add apples, cinnamon, lemon rind and breadcrumbs. Simmer, stirring for approx 10 minutes until apples becomes soft. And remove lemon rind and cinnamon stick, puree the apple mixture in a blender and in mixture you add lemon juice, redcurrant jelly, simmer gently and wine, stirring until the jelly dissolves and the soup is warmed. Dispense the soup into warm soup bowls and swirl spoonful of yogurt into each one.

INGREDIENTS

Cups all-purpose flour                        1 1/3Â
Teaspoon baking soda                          1/4
Teaspoons baking powder                    2
Cup unsweetened cocoa powder           3/4
Teaspoon salt                                        1/8
Tablespoons butter, softened                3
Cups white sugar                                 1 1/2
Eggs                                                     2
Teaspoon vanilla extracts                       3/4
Cup milk                                              1

METHODSÂ

First of all preheat oven to 175 degrees C. And line a muffin pot with paper or frustrate inside layers. Examine together the flour, baking powdercocoa, baking soda and salt. Set aside.

Take a large bowl, cream with sugar and butter until light and feathery. Add eggs at a time, whipping well with each addition, then mix in the vanilla and add flour and milk make mixture alternately beat well.Â

You must bake 15-17 minutes in the preheated oven, or awaiting a toothpick inserted into the cake comes out clean. And frost with your favorites when it is cool.

Special Indian Rajma

Ingredients:
Rajma 250 gms
Potatoes 100 gms
Tomatoes 100 gms
Onion 100 gms
Chilli powder 100 gms
Garam masala powder 1 tea spoonful
Baking powder ¼ tea spoonful
Green Chillies 4-6
Garlic 4 flakes
Vanaspati 100 gms
Salt to taste
Water 400 ml

Preparation: Wash and soak rajma in water over night, by adding ¼ tea spoonfulm baking powder. Choup tomatoes. Peel potatoes and make pieces. Chop onion, green chillie ginger, garlic. Keepfrying for 3 minutes. Add rajma, green chillies, salt and water. Close the lid and place the cooker on maximum heat to bring it to full pressure. Reduce the heat and cook for 25 minutes. Allow to cool it on its own and open, sprinkle garam masala powder. Serve.

(5)Â Â Â third fourth teaspoon red chili powder
(6)Â Â Â one fourth cup tomato sauce
(7)Â Â Â two tablespoon chopped coriander leaves
(8)Â Â Â three green chilies
(9)Â Â Â two no onion
(10)Â Â Â salt depends on paste

Process;
First take the eggs and boil it then chop green chilies, eggs and onions, take pan and boil tamarind paste and jaggery in little water stir properly until it become thick then put all things also salt depend on taste cook well your egg chaat is ready serve it hot.

third fourth teaspoon of garm masala
four tablespoon oil for frying

(1)Â Â Â Two or three medium size potatoes in thick cubes
(2)Â Â Â One teaspoon Mustard seeds
(3)Â Â Â One teaspoon urad dal
(4)Â Â Â One tablespoon Cumin seeds
(5)Â Â Â One fourth tablespoon turmeric powder
(6)Â Â Â One tablespoon red chili powder
(7)Â Â Â Salt depends on taste
(8)Â Â Â Frying oil

Method;
Take a pan add oil in it when it become hot place urad dal in it for frying until they become golden brown in color after that put mustard seeds and cumin seeds wait for popping when it pop up add pieces of potato and mix well so that it would properly mixed with seeds and dal then add salt depend on taste and mix it properly until the mixture become soft.
