This cake can be considered rather a sweet summer, but his goodness and simplicity make it greediness for every season. Looks like a little,  but this time using another kind of biscuits, then cover everything with good whipped cream. It can be an ideal dessert for the holidays of your children, is due precisely to the presence of chocolate and cream, even in these cases not exaggerated by coffee. We need: 2 packages of dried biscuits, 1 egg, 150 grams of sugar, coffee, 300 grams of mascarpone, chocolate chips, whipped cream, granulated hazelnut, milk. Mango Ice Creams

Every one can like ice creams. After eating food eating ice creams is tasty to every one. After one year ago today I made my first ice cream. This was mango season and I buy a bag full of mangoes on me with demand that make something out of them and bring it back. First question is that how much mango is using in making ice creams. The main items which are useful for making an ice creams like “single mango”, “2 of large ripe mangoes” as wellas 2 cups of grave emulsion then 2 cups of chop mango. I didn’t want to make of other changes so I could say I made this recipe so I just light it up by use half and half instead of heavy cream and the sugar from 1/3 to 1/2 a cup and added a bit of vanilla. Then mix all these things and kept into the freeze and after few hours when your ice creams will freeze the making of the ice creams will be completed.

Litchis Romanoff

There are so many types of Icecream flavours, which give us delightfull tastes.This Litchis Romanoff is one of this.
Ingredients:
Deseeded litchis - 750 gms.
Cointreau - 2 tbsp.
Orange rind, finely grated - ¼ tsp.
Castor sugar - 1 tbsp.
Whipped cream - ½ cup.
Icing sugar - 2 tbsp.
Method:
*First of all combine the litchis, cointreau, rind and the castor sugar in a large bowl, then cover it and refrigerate it for an hour.
*Drain the litchis, reserving the juice. Puree about ¼ of the litchis with the reserved juice.
*After this take all the remaining litchis and divide it among four glasses.
*Mix the cream and icing sugar in a bowl and then fold the litchi puree through the whipped cream.
*Spoon the mixture on the litchis and refrigerate until required.
It is ready to serve and taste the delicious Icecream.

Basic Vanilla Ice cream

                     Basic Vanilla Ice cream

Ingredients

Two liter full cream milk
Two and a half tea spoon of corn flour
Two teaspoon of gelatin
Four cup of sugar
Two cup of fresh cream
Two teaspoon of vanilla essence
Half cup of cold milk

Method

1. Put milk in to a bowl for boiling for half an hour on low heat Bring milk to a boil.
2. in one cup of cold milk Mix corn flour aside.
3. till boil resumes Add sugar to milk, Add corn flour paste, rousing continuously,
4. Boil it for eight to fifteen minutes then take off it from fire.
5. Sprinkle gelatin over 3 tbsp. water in a small pan.
6. You allow it to soak for 5 minutes. Warm it in a gentle heat till it dissolved
7. Do not boil it
8. Add gelatin solution and mix it when boil milk become cold.
9. Cool it to a room temp freeze it in a covered tray till it set with gentle hands.
10. Smash into pieces; strike with an egg beater till it gets soft.
11. Put essence and cream and also mix it well.
12. Touch of it is very soft.
13. Reset it in the freezer till it frozen.
