KACCHE COCO NUT KI TIKKI

THINGS YOU NEED:
1 - Cup of kaccha coconut grated
1 – Table spoon of khus-khus
1 – Small piece of dal chini
2 – Cloves
2 – Big cardamom
Salt as per your taste
1-green chilli
1 - Tea spoon of gram flour or besan
1 – Tea spoon of garam masala

How to make this recipe;-
Blend the grated coconut and make a paste. Finely chop the green chilies. Roast the dal chini, big cardamom, and cloves dryly and then make a paste of them. Also roast the khus-khus and make a powder of it. Now take coco nut past and add gram flour, finely chopped green chilies, salt, khus-khus powder and garam masala in to it. Now make it round shape tikki and roast on a heated tava.

Roasting of tikkies:-
Heat a thick tava on medium heat and spread one table spoon of oil on it then put tikkies on it and now cook in a low – medium heat. Cook it on both sides with putting oil on it. They will be golden brown on both sides. It will be slight crispy. Serve hot with adding dahi or curd and tamarind chutney on it. You can add some chopped onions also if you like. It is a delicious chat.

Special Kalmi Bade

Things you need:-
125 grams of gram dal)
125 grams of urad dal
1 inch pieces of ginger
2 green chillies
1 tea spoon of dry cotiander seeds
½ tea spoon of cumin seeds
Salt as per your taste
20 grams oil for frying

How to make this delicious recipe:-
Wash the gram dal and urad dal and soak them in to the water for about eight hours. Then blend this soaked dal it in a mixer grinder also make a paste of ginger, green chillies, green coriander leaves and cumin seeds in it. Now blend the dal and add all the masala in it. Now make long and round shaped badas.
Heat the oil in a kadai and deep fry them in it. Do not fry them properly take out them when half done. Then make four pieces of it and again deep fry them till they becomes crispy or golden brown. Serve hot with chutney.

Tasty Food - Stuffed Puri

This is tasty dish for dinner time. You like to eat this Indian recipe- stuffed puri with Green peas and Cauliflower.
For Stuffing:
100 grams of Green peas
200 grams of Cauliflower (Flowrets)
1″piece of Ginger
2 to 4 - Green chilly
4 teaspoons of grated coconut
Fresh Coriander leaves
Salt as per your taste
For Seasoning:
1 tea spoon of mustard seeds
1 tea spoon cumin seeds
1 tea spoon of turmeric powder
1 tea spoon Garam masala powder
1 tea spoon of fresh lemon juice
How to make:-
Wash, green pea and cut the florets after washing. After washing chop finely the coriander leaves, Green chilly, and Ginger. Blend all the above ingredients except coriander leaves. Heat kadai and put 2 teaspoon oil into it, then put mustard seeds in it. Then add cumin seeds, Turmeric powder, Garam masala powder and the ground mixture. Cook it without covering up to 15 minutes and also add salt. Now put lemon juice, garnish with coriander leaves and grated coconut, and allow it to cool.
How to make dough:-
300 grams of (Maida)- All purpose flour
12 to 16 teaspoonfuls - Cooking oil
Salt as per your taste
For deep frying: Cooking oil
Add salt and oil into the flour. Make soft dough with adding water. Roll them by taking out small amount and fill with this mix. Again roll them and heat oil in a kadai and deep fry them. Serve hot with tomato sauce. Rolling after filling would be smoothly until it will ruptured and spoil the oil at the time of frying.

Sabzi Ke Paratha

Sabzi Ke Paratha
You need:-
50 grams of spinach
50 grams of pea
50 grams of green gram
1 small piece of ginger
2 green chillies
Make a paste of all the given ingredients
1 tea spoon of ajwaine
1 tea spoon of tili
2 table spoon of rice flour
1 table spoon of gram flour
200 gram of wheat flour
Salt as per your taste
Oil for roasting
How to make this recipe:-
Add ajwaine, rili and salt in ginger and vegetables paste. Add all these ingredients in wheat flour and add oil for moen and after mixing properly make a dough from it. Make small rolls from it. Now roll them with rolling pin and roast them on tava with oil on both sides. Cook them in a medium heat up to golden brown or crispy. Serve hot these green Paratha with tamarind chutney. Serve hot and Enjoy these delicious Paratha.

Recipe of Sattu(wheat flour)
You need:-
1 cup all purpose flour
½ cup of semolina
¾ tea spoon of salt
Oil for frying
For the stuffing:-
1 cup of sattu
¾ tea spoon of red chilli powder
¼ tea spoon of black pepper
A pinch of hing
1 tea spoon of kalongi
1 tea spoon of coriander powder
¼ tea spoon of garam masala
¼ tea spoon of saufe
A pinch of citric acid
Salt as per your taste
2 table spoon of oil
1 cup of hot water
How to make this recipe:-
Take All purpose flour, semolina, salt and 2 table spoon of oil in a bowl and mix them. Make a hard dough with adding water in it. Cover it with a thin wet cloth and take aside for 15 to 20 minutes.
Heat oil in a kadai and roast the sattu for 2 minutes. Then add all he masalas in it and add water, make a paste just like halwa. Now make chappaties from the dough and spread sattu halwa on it and press it by the hands. Now make thin strips of it and roll them. Now deep fry them in oil up to crispy.

Falahari Recipe For Janmashtmi
Milk with Dry Fruits (dry fruits Milk)
In India we celebrate the birthday of lord Krishna with fasting and worshiping them. We know Lord Krishna means milk-curd, Makhan, mishri,they love to eat these all things so enjoy with some recipe with these all.
You need:-
1 liter milk
2 table spoon of makhana powder
2 table spoon of cashew nut powder
2 table spoon of almond powder
2 table spoon of pista powder
½ tea spoon of cardamom powder
1 tea spoon of honey
SAFFRON AND PISTA FOR GARNISHING
How to make this recipe:-
Heat milk and add makhana powder, cashew powder, almond powder and cardamom powder in it. Cook with continuous stirring. Cook it until it becomes thickens. Now turn off the gas stove. Add honey in it. Now put this mixture into the fridge for 2 to 3 hours. Serve it cool. Garnish it with saffron and pista. You can eat it due to falahar. It is a delicious and healthy recipe. If you like you can serve it hot.

Green Roll Patties

Green Roll Patties
YOU NEED:-
1 kilo gram moong dal
2 and ½ kilo gram of chollai bhaji
2 and ½ kilo gram of palak (spinach)
25 gram of green chillies
For masala:-
10 gram whole garam masala
5 gram of moku ( a mahrastrian masala)
For masala:-
5 grams of sauff
5 grams of culpsi
5 gram of cassia leaf
150 gram of coriander leaves
75 grams of curry leaf
5 grams of turmeric
75 grams of red chilli
20 grams of black pepper
Salt as per your taste
Oil for frying
How to make:-
Wash spinach, chollai leaf and green chillies and make a paste of it. Now cook the whole moong dal and make a paste of it. Now mix both the paste properly.
Now mix all the given masalas and roast them. Now make a fine powder of these masalas. Now mix this powder into the paste. Now make patties from it and deep fry them. Serve hot with chutney or sauce.

Sweet Dish With Mava

Sweet Dish With Mava

you need:-

250 gram of mava(milk’s khova)
150 gram of sugar’s bura(radimate powder)
10 grams of chocolate powder
10 grams of chirongi
10 grams almonds
Silver works
Small pieces of chocolate
How to make:-
Roast the milk mava in a dry kadai for 4 to 5 minutes. Take out from the flame and allow cooling it. Now mix sugar powder or bura (available in market) and chocolate powder in it and mix it properly. Now place some mixture on your palm and make a shape of coconut. Shape them properly and make like this from whole mixture. Now garnish it with almonds. Put one almond on the center of make coconut and make a round by the chirongi. Cover them from other side by the silver work. It is a delicious and good looking sweet dish. You can easily and quickly make it at home.

Stuffed Rasmalai with Fruits

Stuffed Rasmalai with Fruits
You need:-
1 cup of mixed fruits, as mango, grapes, palm grade, apple, banana etc.
6 to 7 slices of bread
1 liter of milk
3/4cup of sugar
2 tea spoon of cardamom
1 tea spoon of saffron
For garnishing:-
Almonds and pista as required
How to make:-
Take one cup of milk and dissolve 1 tea spoon sugar in it. Take remaining milk and add sugar, saffron and cardamom and heat up to boiling and cook it when it becomes slight thick. Now cut the edges of bread and dip them into sweet milk, then press them with palm and put some chopped fruits on it. Now make a round boll from pressing it with palm. Put on serving plate and pour rabdi on it. Garnish with almonds and pista and saffron. Serve cool.

Pudina Paneer

Pudina Paneer
You need:-
12 bunch of Fresh Mint leaves
500 grams Paneer (small cubes)
2 table spoon of Oil
4 black Cardamom
8 green Cardamoms
16 Cloves
14-18 peppercorns
2 inch stick of Cinnamon
8 green chilies
4 Onions (chopped)
4 table spoon Poppy seeds paste (khuskhus)
4 table spoon of Fresh Cream
Salt as per your taste
How to make:-
Take a kadai and heat oil in it, now put black and green cardamoms, cinnamon, black peppercorns, green chilies and finely chopped onions. Stir it properly. Now put mint small bunch and 1 cup of water. Heat it up to boiling. Soak the khuskhus in Luke warm water and make a fine paste from it. Now put this paste in to the mixture and stir fry it for 5 minutes, also add salt in it. Now get away the mint bunches from it. Then put Paneer cubes and again cook it for about 5 minutes. Add fresh cream and serve hot.
