When I think about the main courses of meat, or in general I thought the usual slice to food cooking grilled or pan-fried, or directly at the other step: fillings, super seasoning, frying and so on. The food recipe today is a middle way, the right balance between flavor and lightness. To prepare it we need: 500 grams of muscle and calf muscle, horse or anything you like, cut into pieces small enough, the juice of 2 lemons, oil, salt and pepper. For the preparation is sufficient to boil our meat in boiling water and salt, until it soften. You to see if it is food recipes to the right point, as they can of a fork. When still warm and seasoned with lemon juice, pepper and salt. Allow to cool in a way that is tasteless. If you fancy an exotic touch, I recommend a few drops of soy sauce, in which case look at the screens, however!

Italian food lovers- Pasta salad

you need:-
2 package of Barilla Farfalle Piccolini pasta
8 table spoon of Academia Barilla Monti Iblei extra virgin olive oil
2 ripe avocados
4 pints of Cherry tomatoes
2 cup of Red onion
2 table spoon of Pine nuts
2 cup of Academia Barilla Pecorino Sardo Gran Cru, grated
10 leaves of Basil
2 lemons for Lemon juice
Salt and black pepper as per your taste
How to make this recipe:-
Cook the pasta as directed on pack, drain and drizzle with a little oil to avoid to sticking together. Then spread pasta on a tray for cooling.
Now heat 2 table spoon oil in pan and cook the onion in it. Put one side. Set aside. Cut the tomatoes into two pieces; give flavor by salt and put them to drain in a strainer. Fry the pine nuts on a low heat until they turns into light brown in colour. Cut up the avocado. Merge all the ingredients into the pasta; flavor it by black pepper and salt. Put this pasta salad for half an hour at room temperature before serving.

Ingredient
One cup of milk
Four cups of sugar
One vanilla bean
Five eggs yoke
Two cups fresh cream
A few drops of vanilla extract
DIRECTION
1.For making the ice cream the first step is to boil the milk in a pan add salt and sugar. Rip the vanilla bean lengthways and scrape the seed into the milk with the tip of a paring table knife. Add the bean shell to the milk.

2. Mix together the egg yokes in a sink and regularly adds some of the warmed milk, moving constantly as you pour. Pour the warm yolks back into the pan.

Prepare delicious & nutritious apple pizza
You have eaten pizza several times, and I know you know also how to make and bake it!! Still I learn to make apple pizza. What, you didn’t hear this name, don’t make me fool. Let’s see how you’ll bake it
For apple pizza you must have some simple and easy to find ingredients:
1/2 C lowfat ricotta cheese
2 Tbs minced onion
1/2 tsp dried dill weed
1 16 ounce pre-cooked pizza crust
2 C Red Delicious or Rome apples, cored and thinly sliced
1 C red bell pepper, thinly sliced
3/4 C shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese

Preparation: Mix ricotta cheese, onion and dill; blend well. Spread on pizza base and then layer apples, and peppers on cheese concoction. Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese on top. And after that bake pizza at 450° about 7 minutes or until mozzarella cheese melts and pizza is meticulously heated. You pizza has made for 6 servings.

Italian cuisine is tremendously diverse and Italian cuisine imitates the cultural diversity of its county. Italian cuisine is regarded as major instance of Mediterranean diet and is emulating all above the world. A person who is fond of seafood can have large variety in it so for such people I am here with great Italian seafood which can be prepared in home easily.

Seafood A La MediterraneanThis is Seafood A La Mediterranean and the ingredients and way of preparing it is below:
Ingredients:

18 cherrystone clams
2 onions, finely chopped
2 bay leaves
18 mussels
1/2 tsp. dried oregano
2 tbsp. chopped Italian parsley
6 (4-oz.) lobster tails
2 cups white wine
3 cloves garlic, finely minced
18 large shrimp
3 cups plum tomatoes, drained
2 tbsp. chopped curly parsley
3/4 cup light olive oil
salt and freshly ground pepper
Process:

To arrange shellfish de-vein shrimp but leave shell unbroken.
Scour mussels and clams fine, remove unbolt one.
Cut tailfins from lobster tail and depart pork in shell
Cut into 1-inch pieces
Heat the jade oil in huge skillet
Add hack onion and cook over squat temperature for 2 minutes
Add garlic and carry on to cook for one more minute
Do not russet it and then add lobster tails and shrimp
Heat for 2 minutes
Add the lilac, tomatoes, inlet foliage, oregano, Italian parsley, salt and interleave
Increase warmth and bake briskly for 6 more minutes
Add the clams and mussels, coat and then carry on grilling briskly for 12–15 minutes
Abandon one unopened clams or mussels and then remove cove leaves
Transfer simmers to a frenzied plateful dish
Shower with hack curly basil and dole out with brittle bread and a crunchy salad.
