Savaiya Ki kheer
Our festivals are full of love and joy and we made many types of sweets and desserts. In this EID or Navaratra you can make this delicious sweet dish and enjoy it with your family and friends. This recipe is very easy to make and very tasty to eat, so cook and enjoy……………..

Things you need:-
1 – Cup of Savaii
5 – Cups of milk
1/ 2 cup of sugar
1 – Tea spoon of chirongi
1 – Tea spoon of cashew nuts finely chipped
1 – Tea spoon of almonds chopped in a long way
1 – Tea spoon of pista finely chopped
1/ 2 tea spoon of rose water
1 silver wark
2 – Table spoon of pure desi ghee

How to make this sevaii recipe:-
Take a thick utensil and put ghee in to it and then put sevaii in to it and roast them till they become golden brown. Now add milk, almonds, pista, chirongi, and sugar in to it. Stir it and cook till it starts boiling. Boil it continuously for about 20 minutes until milk become slight thick. It is a flavours dish.
Take out from the heat and allow it to cool. Now add rose water in to it. Garnish it with silver wark or gelatin. Serve it.

Vanilla ice cream

Everyone should note a grand recipe for Vanilla Ice Cream in their catalog. Here’s mine, which you’ll want to serve with anything from a freshly-baked pie or just cover with dark, bittersweet chocolate shop and toasted nuts.
Ingredient
One cup of milk
Four cups of sugar
One vanilla bean
Five eggs yoke
Two cups fresh cream
A few drops of vanilla extract
DIRECTION
1.For making the ice cream the first step is to boil the milk in a pan add salt and sugar. Rip the vanilla bean lengthways and scrape the seed into the milk with the tip of a paring table knife. Add the bean shell to the milk.

2. Mix together the egg yokes in a sink and regularly adds some of the warmed milk, moving constantly as you pour. Pour the warm yolks back into the pan.

3. Cook under low temperature, moving regularly and scrape the bottom with a heat-resistant

Recipe of Lucknowi rice kheer: Sheer Branj

Sheer Branj is a Lucknowi rice kheer, this is the most lovable and tasty flavour.

Recipe of Lucknowi rice kheer: Sheer Branj

Ingredients:

Basmati rice - 25 gms
Khoya - 75 gms
Ghee - 40 gms
Malai - 75 gms
Kewra water - ½ cup
Saffron( flooded in a warm water)
Sugar - 125 gms
Elaichi powder - ¼ tsp.
Cashew nut paste - 25 gms
Almonds and pistachios - 25 gms
Milk - 1 litre

Method:
*First of all boil the milk and then wash rice and let it cook until warm.
*Add half of the sugar and do not stir until it boils again. Once boiled, stir and cook gently for a few minutes.
*Add mashed khoya little by little, mix it well so as to avoid lump formation.
*Add half of the kewra water and remaining sugar. Mix and keep adding the remaining kewra water. Keep stiring until it thickens and sticks to the spoon.
*Add melted ghee while mixing well.
*Merge malai with cashew paste and saffron water. Add to the sheer branj along with elaichi powder.
*Cool to room temperature. Serve garnished with slices of almonds and pistachios.
