I am speaking of soba, the buckwheat pasta often served in broth and seasoned with miring, soy and dash. The soup is a dish ideal during the winter, but I will propose a variant suitable for every season and, in my opinion, the more tasty for Western palates. Generally the dry soba is sold in portions of about 100 grams, so for two people, use: 200 grams of soba, 50 g of bacon cut into cubes and two teaspoons of dash. Cook the soba in very little boiling water seasoned with the two teaspoons of dash while, in another pan, brown the bacon fate. (more…)

Apple Coffee Cake is one of the most liked coffee cake all round the world. Another advantage inspite its yummy taste is that it takes less oil to prepare. Ingredients required to prepare this cake are-
•   1 cup Sugar
•   1 cup Tart apples, cored, peeled, chopped
•   2 tsp Vegetable oil
•   1/4 cup Pecans, chopped
•   1 Vanilla
•   1/2 cup Dark raisins
•   2 1/2 cups Egg, beaten
•   1 1/2 tsp Sifted all purpose flour
•   2 tsp Baking soda
Preperation-
heat your oven, calmly oil your pan.In a big mixing bowl, mingle apples with sugar, raisins, and pecans; jumble well. Let it stand for 30 minutes.
Mix in oil, vanilla, and egg. Filter together flour, soda, and cinnamon; stir into apple mixture about 1/3 at a time just adequate to moisturize dry ingredients.
Turn batter into pan and bake it.
Cool cake a little before serving.

You need:-
Salt - 2 tea spoon
Oil - 2 tea spoon
Broccoli – 50o gram, wash it and dry it by draining
For the Sauce:-
Soya sauce – 4 table spoon
Sugar – 2 tea spoon
Thick soya sauce – 2 tea spoon
Sesame oil – 2 table spoon
Ground pepper – 1 tea spoon
Red chillies – 8 finely chopped
Garlic – 4 cloves, should be grated
How To make:-
Add and mix above given sauce ingredients properly and put one side. Boil the water with adding salt and oil and put the broccoli in it. Now when it again starts to boil take away the broccoli, wash them in cool running water and then drain properly. Now assemble the coked broccoli into a serving plat, and then cover them by the mixed sauce equally on peak and now it is ready to serve.

MEVA CORIANDER VADDI
YOU NEED:-
150 gram – besan (gram flour)
60 grams – cashew nuts
60 grams – almonds
1 cup – green coriander finely chopped
2 to 3 - Green chili finely chopped
1 and 1\2 cup – tamarind pulp
2 cup – water
Salt as per taste
Red chili powder as your taste
1\2 cup- oil
1\2 tea spoon – turmeric powder
1\2 tea spoon – garam masala
1\2 tea spoon – cumin powder
1\2 tea spoon – caraway (ajwaine)
A pinch of heeng
How to Make:-
Grate roughly almonds and cashew nuts. Then accept oil mix all the ingredients in a bowl and make a paste of it. Now put oil in a non stick pan and heat it. Put the mixture in it and cook it for 10 to 15 minutes in a dim flam. Now it converts in to a thick paste. Grease a plate with a little oil and pour hot mixture in it. Now flat the mixture quickly by the help of your palm or a flat spoon. After cooling cut them in any shape which you like. Serve with green chutney.

You Need:-
1 kg – potato
200 grams – mint leaves
8 table spoon – lemon juice
3 table spoon – olive oil
15 grams – green coriander leaves (finely chopped)
20 grams – ginger (finely chopped)
100 gram – green chilli(finely chopped)
3 table spoon – sweet chutney of imli
10 gram – cumin seed powder
100 gram – yogurt (without water)
20 gram – chat masala
Salt as per taste
How to make:-
Peel the potatoes and cut them long in size. Ina pan boil the water and when it boils take away from flam then put sliced potatoes in it. After 5 minutes drain the water and take them a side. Now sprinkle yogurt, cumin powder, 1\3 chopped green chili, olive oil, chopped green coriander leaves, ginger masala and stay it for 5 minutes. Now cook the potatoes in a tandoor and cool them. Make the chutney of mint leaves. In chutney put 1\2 spoon green chili, 3\4 ginger, lemon juice, salt and chat masala. Decorate the potatoes in a plate and then spread mint chutney and imli chutney and yogurt on them. Sprinkle remaining cumin powder, ginger, green chili on them. Garnish with round slices of onion and lemon and serve it.

INGREDIENTS-
200g chopped capsicum
4 chopped onion
5 to 6 green chilli
2 teaspoon ginger paste
2 teaspoon garlic paste
4 chopped tomatoes
1 teaspoon red chili powder
1 teaspoon cumin (jeera)
3 teaspoon soya sauce
A pinch of coriander leaves
1 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoon oil
METHODS-
Get a frying pan and pour oil in it then heat oil. Now add ginger-garliac paste and cumin in it then stir fry it when it becomes brown, now put finely chopped onions in it then fry it for 5 minutes. Then add finely chopped tomatoes in it. After two minutes, add soya sauce and red chili powder in it. Mix well.
Now put capsicum in it, then mix all ingredients in it and fry 3 min. Then add salt as per taste. Now fry for 7 to 15 min. now it is ready to serve, you can garnish it with green coriander leaves.

INDIAN RECIPE
Ingredients:-
100 Gram flour (Besan)
4Â chopped Tomatoes
2 chopped Onion.
6 chopped Green chilies
1\2 teaspoon paste of garlic and giner
A Pinch of Turmeric powder
1\2 teaspoon Red chilli powder
1\2 teaspoon Coriander powder.
Some Cumin seed
1\2 teaspoon Gram masala
Salt to taste
Oil and water.
Method:
You got besan in a bowl add green chilies paste in it mix well now add red chilli powder in it. Add water into besan to make dough. Now with the help of your hand and palm make roll of it which are long in size. Now boil water in a pan put the rolls in it for 5 minutes. After five minutes these rolls were cooked now put them out of water and cut the besan rolls into small pieces. These pieces of besan are known as gatta. Now heat oil in a pan add onion in it, stir-fry till well browned. Add cumin seeds, and ginger garlic paste and stir fry, now put green chilies in it. Now put red tomatoes puree in it .you can use finely chopped tomatoes in it. After boiling according o taste add red chilli powder. Now put, Salt, garam masala and two cup water and boil for 10 minutes. Now your gravy is ready. Now you can put gatte into gravy and boil for 5 minutes. Normally people likes this dish with chapattis.

:Ingredients-Â Â Â
2 cup cauliflower
4 medium tomatoes
A pinch of ajinomoto
1 teaspoon Soya sauce
Oil for frying
For the batter:-
1\2 up refined flour of maida
A pinch of baking powder
1\2 up corn flour
1 and 1\2 cup water
Salt according o taste
For the marinade:-
1 teaspoon Soya sauce
1 teaspoon crushed ginger
1\2 teaspoon black pepper
4 cloves garlic
1\4 cup onion
Salt to taste
For the garnish:-
4 spring onion tops, chopped.
Method:-
Mix together in a bowl all the marinate ingredients. Place he cauliflower in this mixture & marinade for 10-15 min. stirring once or twice .drain, but do not throw the marinade.
Now mix maida cornflour, baking powder & salt. Add water gradually & prepare a smooth batter. Heat plenty of oil in a pen. Dip each cauliflower in he batter & deep fry until light brown.
Heat 2 teaspoon oil in a pan and stir fry he tomatoes over a high flame for 2 min. mix in he left over marinade, ajinomoto , 1 teaspoon Soya sauce, salt and the fried cauliflowers. Simmer for 2 min, stirring occasionally. Garnish with spring onion tops.

Peanut Butter Raisin Cheesecake is a desert recipe and it gives very delicious and mind freshening taste.
Ingredients:
For the crust:
Biscuit crumbs - 1 cup
Honey - ¼ cup
Melted butter - ¼ cup
For the cake:
Creamy peanut butter - 2 cups
Raisins - 20 gms
Sugar - 2 cups
Cream cheese (at room temperature) - 1 cup
Melted butter - 2 tbsp.
Vanilla - 2 tsp.
Whipping cream - 1 ½ cup
Melted chocolate - 15 gms
Hot coffee - 2 tsp.
Gelatin(soaked in warm water) - 1 gm
Method:
*Mix crumbs, honey and ¼ cup melted butter. Press into the bottom of the mould or the dish in which you are setting your cheesecake.
*Beat peanut butter, sugar, raisins, cream cheesa, 2 tbsp. butter and vanilla in large bowl with an electric mixer until smooth and creamy.
*Beat cream until soft peaks form and fold whipped cream into peanut butter mixture. Add the gelatin.
*Spoon mixture onto crust and refrigerate for six hours.
*Melt the chocolate and coffee in double boiler over gently simmering water and spread atop filling.
*Refrigerate until firm and serve it.

Upma Croquettes is a very delicious and tasty break-fast.
Method:
*Firstly crush the ginger, garlic, chillies, mint together in a small grinder.
*Then mix together all the ingredients, except corn flour and semolina.
*Shape into three-inch long cylindrical croquettes or cutlets.
*Then refrigerate it for one hour, if soft.
*After this run semolina and corn flour in a dry mixer till fine and blended.
*Just before frying, wet each croquette by wetting your palms.
*Roll in powdered mixture.
*Deep fry in hot oil, till crisp and golden all over.
Serve it hot with tomato ketchup, sweet chutney or jam.

 Dry semolina - 2 tbsp
 Boiled mashed potatoes - 1 cup
 Green chillies - 5 nos
 Ginger (finely chopped) - 1″ inch piece
 Garlic flakes - 4 nos
 Mixed vegetables (capsicum, carrots, peas, onions, cabbage, etc.) - 1 cup(chopped)
 Corn flour - 2 tsp
 Mint leaves - two sprigs
 Salt - to taste
 Oil - to deep fry
