Many times we try sweet or salty snacks that are good reasons for a break, but the refrigerator does not offer anything in addition to eggs and releasing the same, apart from the stale bread. SANDWICH

No cooking is required to make this recipe. It is a combination of bread, butter, salad and spices. It is very tasty and easy to digest. In Mumbai it is a street food.

INGREDIENTS

1 pack of fresh bread of good quality

100 g fresh butter

1 tsp black pepper powder

1 tsp cumin seed powder

Half cup coriander leaves chutney

Half cup tomato sauce

4 tomatoes of medium size - sliced

250 g fresh cucumber – peeled off and sliced

250 g potatoes – boiled, peeled and sliced

2 onion of medium size - sliced

50 g bhujiya sev for garnishing

PROCESS

Take 8 slices of bread. Cut outer edges with sharp knife. Paste little butter over one side of each. Also paste chutney over the butter. On four slices put 2 – 3 slices each of potato, tomato, onion and cucumber. Spread little salt over it. Now cover these with pasted bread slices from reverse side. Press each sandwich gently with your palm. Its height must be not over than 40 mm. Cut each sandwich with sharp knife in six pieces after placing it on a separate plate. Spread black pepper powder, cumin seed powder and tomato sauce over each. Garnish with bhujiya sev. Serve with a fork.

Tomato Bread Fingers
Some times I like to make some easy quick recipe for snacks. Once I try this recipe and my kids like it. So try it and enjoy it.
You need:-
250 grams potatoes
2 cup of wheat flour
1 tea spoon of chat masala
Salt as per your taste
How to make this recipe:-
Boil the potatoes in a presser cooker and cool them. After cooling peel them and mash all the potatoes. Now add wheat flour in it and also add chat masala and garam masala in it. Also add salt in it. Now make a dough from it. Now make finger like rolls from it.
If you like to roast them in a microwave then spread tomato sauce and chilli sauce on the trey and then put these fingers on it. Now bake it. And if you like to cook them by deep frying in oil then after deep frying add chilli sauce and tomato sauce on them before serving.

Luscious Coconut Bread

you need:-

2 cups of unsweetened coconut
4 cups unbleached flour
2 table spoon baking powder
1 tea spoon salt
2 cups of soya milk
3 tea spoon Ener-G Ener-G Egg Replacer mixed with 4 table spoon of water
4 table spoon canola oil
4 table spoon unsweetened applesauce
1 ½ cups sugar
2 tea spoon vanilla

how to make:-

you should Preheat your oven to 350 degrees (F).

Roast the coconut in a dry kadai on low heat till it turns in golden brown. Be careful continue stirring and do not burn it. Right away take it out from the heat as it turns brown.

Now take a bowl and unite all the dry ingredients in it also add roasted coconut. Now in other bowl, add all the wet ingredients. Now mix both, wet and dry ingredients together and stir them till they blended. Now put it just greased bread pan, and then put it in to oven till it done. You can check by inserting a toothpick when it comes out clean you should know the loaf is cooked it will be light browned. It will take about 45 minutes for cooking.
