When I think about the main courses of meat, or in general I thought the usual slice to food cooking grilled or pan-fried, or directly at the other step: fillings, super seasoning, frying and so on. To prepare it we need: 500 grams of muscle and calf muscle, horse or anything you like, cut into pieces small enough, the juice of 2 lemons, oil, salt and pepper.
