Chane Ki Chat
Things you need:-
250 – Grams of
250 – Grams of potatoes
1 – Big onion
A piece of ginger
A bunch of coriander leaves
2 to 3 – green chilies
1/ 2 table spoon of tamarind paste
1/ 2 tea spoon of dry mango powder
3 – Tea spoon of coriander powder
1/ 2 tea spoon of garam masala
1/ 2 tea spoon of cumin seeds
1/ 2 tea spoon of red chili powder
1 – Tomato
1 – Tea spoon of Oil or ghee
1/ 2 tea spoon of khane ka soda
How to make this recipe:-
Soak the chana into the water for about 8 hours. Then cook them in to cooker with adding sodium bi carbonate and salt. Make long size pieces of boiled potatoes. And deep fry them. Make a paste of ginger-garlic. Make puree from the soaked tamarinds. Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds and chopped onions, when it becomes red add ginger-garlic paste and stir fry it cook it with adding little water till it becomes soft. Now add dry coriander powder, red chili powder, and turmeric powder in to it. Now add the tomatoes and stir fry it. When it fried add boiled chana into it. Boil it and add some water and potato pieces. When it done add tamarind puree. Boil it then add green coriander leaves and garam masala into it.
Serving: - when you serve it garnishes with onions and tomatoes round lachchas.

KACCHE COCO NUT KI TIKKI
THINGS YOU NEED:
1 - Cup of kaccha coconut grated
1 – Table spoon of khus-khus
1 – Small piece of dal chini
2 – Cloves
2 – Big cardamom
Salt as per your taste
1-green chilli
1 - Tea spoon of gram flour or besan
1 – Tea spoon of garam masala
How to make this recipe;-
Blend the grated coconut and make a paste. Finely chop the green chilies. Roast the dal chini, big cardamom, and cloves dryly and then make a paste of them. Also roast the khus-khus and make a powder of it. Now take coco nut past and add gram flour, finely chopped green chilies, salt, khus-khus powder and garam masala in to it. Now make it round shape tikki and roast on a heated tava.
Roasting of tikkies:-
Heat a thick tava on medium heat and spread one table spoon of oil on it then put tikkies on it and now cook in a low – medium heat. Cook it on both sides with putting oil on it. They will be golden brown on both sides. It will be slight crispy. Serve hot with adding dahi or curd and tamarind chutney on it. You can add some chopped onions also if you like. It is a delicious chat.

Paneeri tomato Chaat
I love to eat chaat but I always like it to eat in a different way. This time I try this delicious Paneeri tomato chat, I enjoy it. You can try it and enjoy it with green chutney for ever.
You need:-
2 tomato big size
100 gram of paneer
2 to 3 green chilli
1 lemon
1 table spoon of oil
½ tea spoon of salt
½ tea spoon of garam masala
How to make this recipe:-
Cut the 2 tomatoes in slices. Heat the oil in a pan and deep fry the paneer up to brown. Allow to cool them. Now mix jaljeera powder and salt in it and squeeze the lemon juice in it. Sprinkle salt on the tomato slices. Now put paneer chat on it which we prepared. Now it is ready to serve. You can put green chutney on it before serving.

Health Food- Sprouted Chat
You need:-
½ cup of moong with sprouts
½ cup of moth with sprouts
½ cup of gram with sprouts
¼ tea spoon of turmeric powder
Salt as per your taste
1 boiled potato
½ cup of peas boiled
½ cup of chopped carrots
½ cup of boondi
1 table spoon of curd
1 table spoon of tamarind chutney
Bread cubes with deep fry
How to make this recipe:-
Soak all the 3 dals (moong, moth, and gram) and drain then and out them for sprouting. It will take 24 hours. Next day boil the vegetables above given and chop them finely. Mix all the dry ingredients in a big bowl, and then add curd and chutney. Now add deep fried bread cubes, also add salt, red chili powder, cumin powder, green coriander and sev. Mix quickly and serve immediately. Garnish with thin sev. When you mix all the items do this job very quickly until it will be soft and you will not feel nice to eat this crispy health food chat.

Chats are always amazing everyone relish, and person away from India, they are incredible we overlook the most, Especially on wet days, when you can’t go out and yearn for something tickly to chew on, this is a real pleasing snack. Advantage it can be made healthier with a salad like top as well as beans further to it!.
Ingredients:
1 kg Potato.
1 cup Kabuli channa.
1 Onion chop well.
2 Tomato chop well.
2 Cucumber chopped fine.
½ Carrot.
a small bunch of Coriander leaves.
½ teaspoon Garam Masala.
½ teaspoon Dhania powder.
¼ teaspoon Jeera powder.
¼ ginger powder.
¼ Fennel powder.
¼ Pepper powder.
Salt according to taste.
½ teaspoon Red chili powder.
4 tbl spoon Bhujia sev.
Sauces: The Tomato paste as well as green chili sauce preserve be rather scanty in amount as well as very peppery to be use as such. So in 2 cups, add one dipper curd each and put in the sauces and mix up fit and be in the refrigerator until necessary.

Onion Chutney (a new taste)
 Ingredient:-
2 cup OF red onions should be (finely chopped)
1 cup of tomato paste
2 tea spoon of paprika
1 tea spoon of cumin powder
1 tea spoon of oil
½ teaspoon of sugar
salt as per your taste (about ~ ½ teaspoon)
If you like:-
1 tea spoon of garlic paste
Cilantro for garnish
 How to make :-
Take a pan and heat the oil for 2 minutes. Now add the all above given ingredients in it
With the exception of onion (and cilantro if you use it) in hot oil. Give a low heat to it for some time then take it for cooling. This is a just like a sauce. Now mix this sauce with onion. Serve chilled. Before serving garnish with cilantro. this chutney can go with any type of food.

MEVA CORIANDER VADDI
YOU NEED:-
150 gram – besan (gram flour)
60 grams – cashew nuts
60 grams – almonds
1 cup – green coriander finely chopped
2 to 3 - Green chili finely chopped
1 and 1\2 cup – tamarind pulp
2 cup – water
Salt as per taste
Red chili powder as your taste
1\2 cup- oil
1\2 tea spoon – turmeric powder
1\2 tea spoon – garam masala
1\2 tea spoon – cumin powder
1\2 tea spoon – caraway (ajwaine)
A pinch of heeng
How to Make:-
Grate roughly almonds and cashew nuts. Then accept oil mix all the ingredients in a bowl and make a paste of it. Now put oil in a non stick pan and heat it. Put the mixture in it and cook it for 10 to 15 minutes in a dim flam. Now it converts in to a thick paste. Grease a plate with a little oil and pour hot mixture in it. Now flat the mixture quickly by the help of your palm or a flat spoon. After cooling cut them in any shape which you like. Serve with green chutney.

TASTY SNACKÂ
You Need:-
400 gram ~ sweet corn
2 Â ~ boiled potato
2 ~ medium onion
2 ~ medium tomato
4 ~ tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
2 ~ teaspoon chat masala
2 ~ teaspoon red chili powder
salt as per taste
6 Â ~tablespoons sev (Indian fried snack, looks like noodles)
2 ~ teaspoon oil
1 ~ tablespoon lemon juice
Method:-
take a frying pan, heat the pan on gas stove. Now add full tea spoon oil in it. Then put sweet corn kernels in it then stir fry properly for 5 minutes. Be careful that you should stir them constantly. Take aside when it is ready. Now cut the onions and tomatoes finely. Chop the boiled potatoes in cube shape. Then take a big bowl and mix up equally finely chopped, corn kernels, chopped tomato and potato. Then mix chat masala, red chilli powder and salt as your taste. Lastly put lemon juice in this mix and mix up all the ingredients properly. Now it is ready to serve, Serve in it in bowls and garnish the mixture with finely chopped cilantro and sev.
