This is A very Delicious and enjoyable chicken dish.(kababs).
Ingredients:
800 g ~ boneless breast pieces of chicken
200 g ~ gram flour roasted
200 g ~ Cream
2 ~ eggs
Salt as per taste
White pepper as per taste
Garam masala as per taste
Cardamom powder as per taste
2 tsp ~ Garlic-ginger paste
Method:
Cut the boneless chicken into 14 to 16 pieces. Then make a paste of salt, garam masala and white pepper, ginger garlic paste, cardamom. Now marinate these chopped pieces with this paste about 25 minutes. Take another bowl and prepare a hard batter of egg, cream and flour of gram pulse and salt. Now take away the chicken pieces from the marinate, and paste this thick batter equally on each marinated chicken piece then roast all in to a microwave oven or you also use tandoor to cook them.
Note
Serve hot with any spicy chutney and it is very tasty with sliced onions.

You Need:-
8 – Normal size onion
7 – Green chilies
5 – Garlic pods
Oil for preparation
Salt as per taste
How to make:-
Cut all the onions finely. Piece perpendicularly all green chilies. Grate finely all the garlic pods. Take a pan, put oil in it then heat the oil. Add onion green chili and grated garlic in it. Cook it on a low flam. When onion cooked properly it will reduced in quantity. If you love to eat more onion you can add more onion in this dish. Now add salt as per taste in it. Then add piece of boneless chicken then cook it for some time. Now put 3 tea spoon of Soya sauce in it and cook it for 5 minutes. Now delicious and plane chicken is ready to serve. You can serve it with rice or with chappaties as you like. This is a dish which cook quickly and delicious in taste.

If you will ask peoples which dishes you like very much and want to eat I think lots of peoples give you answer I like chilli chicken and want to eat because chilli chicken is the best in all dishes and it has a great popularity and it has a great taste that’s why everyone wants chicken it is known as healthy dish because it has lots of qualities like 22.1 gm protein, 178 calories, 10.8 gm carbohydrates, now here is the recipe of chilli chicken how to make chilli chicken in your home.
Ingredients
(1) boneless chicken (one fifty gram)
(2) salt one fourth table spoon
(3) red chilli powder one fourth tablespoon
(4) pepper powder one fourth tablespoon
(5) Worcester shire sauce one tablespoon
(6) Arrowroot powder one tablespoon
(7) White egg half
(8) Capsicum (forty gram)
(9) Cucumber (forty gram)
(10) onion (forty gram)
(11) oil one table spoon
Sauce ingredients;
(1) chopped garlic half tablespoon
(2) vinegar half tablespoon
(3) water two tablespoon
(4) arrowroot powder half tablespoon
(5) salt one third tablespoon
(6) sugar one third tablespoon
(7) Soya sauce half table spoon
(8) pepper powder one fourth tablespoon
Process;
Wash the chicken cleanly and leave it for dry then put chilli powder and salt with Worcester shire sauce in chicken then for half an hour leave it, take white egg and arrowroot mix it and make paste then keep chicken in it, start your oven and set it at four hundred degree Fahrenheit temperature then roast chicken for forty minutes until the chicken would cooked completely then fry all the vegetables in normal heat put little amount of sauce in it, put chicken into this mixture also total sauce ingredients and mix it properly rumble for ten minutes until the chicken and sauce combine well. Now it is ready serve it.
