Wheat Flour AND Besan Laddu
Some times any important guest comes at your home and you want to serve some new dessert with lunch or dinner, you think how to make and what to make. I made this recipe with the thing which we normally have in our rasoi. I like it you can try it and enjoy………..

Things you need:-
250 – Grams of wheat flour
250 – Grams of gram flour or besan
1 – Cup of coconut powder
750 – Grams of pure desi ghee
500 - Grams of sugar powder
50 – Grams of almonds (finely chopped)
50 – Grams of cashew nuts (finely chopped)
25 – Grams of pista (finely chopped)
25 – Grams of raisins
5 – Grams of cardamom

How to make this dessert:-
Heat the pure desi ghee in a kadai and put wheat flour and gram flour in to it and roast them in a low heat. When you taste it in a low flame it will be delicious but if you roast it in a high flame it will burn and taste will very bad. Now add all the chopped dry fruits in to it and mix properly. Now add coconut powder and cardamom pow2der in to it. Mix again. When it becomes slight cool then add sugar powder (grind the sugar in to a grinder). Now mix it with rubbing by both the hands and make laddu from this mixture. Your delicious bread laddu are ready.

Apple Almond Halwa

Apple Almond Halwa
You need:-
10 - Apples
80 – Almonds ( Soak them in luke warm for about 1 hour)
one glass of - Sugar
one cup of pure ghee
2 stick of Cinnamon’s stick
6 pieces of cardamom
2 cup of Milk powder
how to make this recipe:-

wash and then peel all the apples, then grate them. Now put all the soaked almonds in a blender and blend them. Heat ghee in a thicken kadai and add grated apple and sugar in it, stirring should be continuously. Cook it until it becomes light brown in colour. Now put cinnamon stick, cardamom powder, and blended almond paste in it. Then stir this mix continuously for 5 minutes. Then put milk powder in it, again stir it and stir till it become about thicken just like halwa. Now apple almond halwa is ready to serve. You can garnish it with some chopped almonds.

Sweet Dish With Mava

Sweet Dish With Mava

you need:-

250 gram of mava(milk’s khova)
150 gram of sugar’s bura(radimate powder)
10 grams of chocolate powder
10 grams of chirongi
10 grams almonds
Silver works
Small pieces of chocolate
How to make:-
Roast the milk mava in a dry kadai for 4 to 5 minutes. Take out from the flame and allow cooling it. Now mix sugar powder or bura (available in market) and chocolate powder in it and mix it properly. Now place some mixture on your palm and make a shape of coconut. Shape them properly and make like this from whole mixture. Now garnish it with almonds. Put one almond on the center of make coconut and make a round by the chirongi. Cover them from other side by the silver work. It is a delicious and good looking sweet dish. You can easily and quickly make it at home.

Choco Sujji Halwa

Choco Sujji Halwa

You need:-

2 table spoon of pure ghee

1 cup of sujji (semolina)

1 and ½ cup of milk

1 and ½ cup of water

½ cup of sugar

3 to 4 leaves of kisser (soaked in water)

For Garnishing:-

100 grams of choco chips

How to make choco sujji halwa:-

Heat ghee in a pan and add sujji in it then stir fry it in a low flame until it turns light brown. Now add water and milk in it continuously stirring is must, also add kisser and sugar in it. Stir it continuously until water dried. Now it become just like semisolid doesn’t cook it till it become hard. Serve hot. Garnish it with choco chips. Enjoyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy……….

Pudding With Oranges

YOU NEED:-
6 oranges
1/4 pints milk
1/2 oz corn flour
2 oz butter
6 oz sugar
4 eggs
Salt as per taste
How to make orange pudding:

Peel all the oranges, cut them into pieces and put then in a greased dish with butter. Mix corn flour in a little milk. Now boil the remaining milk, and add it to the corn flour paste and cook it for about 10 minutes, stirring continuously. Now add salt and butter. Shake over some sugar grains on the oranges. Then mix the remaining sugar and the eggs yolks properly, and add to the corn flour and milk mixture. Cook it for 1 or 2 minutes with continuously stirring it but don’t boil it. Now pour this mixture on the oranges and again bake it for about 10 minutes. Now blend the egg white bubbly, and pour it with a little castor sugar, pie on top and go back to cool it in oven for about 10 minutes, to set it and got a touch of pale brown.

KHOVA BREAD RAS MALAI

YOU NEED:-

1 cup of sugar ki chashni

4 slices of bread

2 liter of milk (preparing rabadi)

2 cup of meva (khova)

100 grams of sugar

8 to 10 fiber of kesher (saffron)

1\2 tea spoon cardamom powder

Silver foil for garnishing

Cherry and pista for garnishing

HOW TO MAKE:-

Take a kadhai and put milk in it. Boil it and continuously stir fry it, when it become thicker put sugar, one cup of khova, cardamom powder, and saffron fibers. When it turns into semi liquid , you should know it is ready. Now cool it in a fridge. Cut the bread slices in round shape. Deep fry them in ghee and put in chasni. Take out them after they soak the chasni be careful these will not break. Now fill khova just like sandwich between two soaked breads. Put them in fridge for cooling. Before serving put them in a serving plate and decorate with silver foil and cherry. Serve cooled. This is a delicious food.

Chocolate Pudding

Ingredients:

600 ml of Milk
8-10 table spoon of Sugar
8 Slices of Brown Bread
6 Eggs
4 table spoon of Drinking Chocolate or cocoa powder
1 tea spoon Vanilla Essence
500 ml Thick Sweetened Cream

How to make chocolate pudding with cream:

Cut the brown bread into small pieces. Now blend the eggs with a blender and put the essence in it. Now heat the milk and add the sugar in it. Then smoothly add the cocoa powder in it. Take out from the heat and add the breadcrumbs and blended eggs in it and mix it properly. Then lubricate the mould of pudding and put the paste into the mould. Cover up it loosely with foil cook it in steam in a presser cooker or in rice cooker with no whistle for 35 to 45 minutes or till the pudding becomes soft. When you put it off from mould it should be cool. Put the pudding for 1 hr in fridge. Dress it with thick, fresh sweetened cream.
