While you buy a fish, you can think about the quality of the fish which are fresh or not, because when fish are not fresh then its taste is not good. While selecting fish we should absorb that the gills are pink or red and the eyes must appear light, patent and be a little protruded. If the eyes are pink, gills are grey then you should be discard that fish, because it will not cooked tasty. Whether you are go for fish one must select fresh fish. If you are used fresh fish then you will get good taste. Fish is the more beneficent for health, because fish contain vitamins, phosphorous and protein which are very good for our human health.
Ingredients:

Clean and guts, 1 snapped
3 white egg
600 grams of common salt
2 lemons

direction for use:
White eggs are stir till their stiff. Add salt. Fish is mixed with salt. Cover the fish with salt. Covers with aluminum foil and keep in oven at 180 c for 45 minutes. When done take it, and serve with slices of lime.

A BENGALI DISH OF ROHU FISH NAME MACCHER JHOL

BANGALI DISH
Ingredients:-

1 kg - Rohu Fish
4 Large- tomatoes
10 – Green chilies
4 tablespoon- Musturd
2 tablespoon-Khus-khus seeds
1 teaspoon-Kalonji
Oil for frying
3 teaspoon-Haldi
Salt as per taste

Preparation:-

Rub salt and turmeric powder on fish pieces and put aside for 20 minutes. Crush khus-khus and mustard with green chili in a mixer. Add water to make a thin paste. Stain this past with help of water. Make tomato puree.

How to make:-

Take a pan , heat oil in it then deep fry the fish pieces until they become brown. Other side heat oil in a pan when it heated too much put nigella seed and 4 vertically sliced green chilies in it. Now add tomato puree in it. Then add haldi, red chili powder and salt as per taste. Add 2 up of water and allow it to boil, now add fried fish pieces cook it for 5 minutes in a low flame. Add khus-khus and mustard paste in it and again cook it for 5 minutes in a low flame. Now it is ready to serve. Serve hot.

Sea Food Chowder is a very tasty dish and are famous as a sea food. Let us put a view on the ingredients and method to make this dish.
Ingredients:
Fish stock - 2-3 bowls
Potatoes - one
Prawns boiled - 10 nos
Boiled fish (of your choice) - few pieces
Salt - to taste
Basil leaves - a few
Pepper - to taste.
Method:
*Firstly take fish stock in a pan and add chopped prawns and fish to it.
*Place on low flame and heat for about 5 minutes.
*Thicken the preparation with finely mashed potatoes.
*Season with pepper and salt, garnish with basil leaves and serve it hot.
