Chocolate Munje Recipe

You need:-
10 grams of milk
20 grams of sugar
20 grams of clustered powder
300 gram chocolate dark
200 gram cream
40 ml water (to mix clustered powder)

How to make this recipe:-
Chocolate is lovely eating flavor which loved by all as kids and young and also liked by adults. I suggest you a new recipe with chocolate try it and enjoy it that is chocolate munje.
Boil the milk and add sugar in it. Now mix custard powder with water and pour it slowly in to the boiled milk, stir continuously. Now when it mix properly take out from the heat and add chocolate pieces in it and mix well. Blend the cream in a bowl properly. Now cool the mixture of milk and chocolate and then add the blended cream in it. Now fill this mixture in to the piping bag and put it into the glass by the nozzle and cool it. Serve cool. It is very delicious.

Fruits Pudding

Fruits Pudding
You need for crust:-
1 cup of biscuit powder
2 table spoon of butter
1/3 cup of cheese
½ cup of sugar powder
4 table spoon of curd without water
For topping:-
1 and ½ cup of mango pulp
5 table spoon of sugar
1 banana
1 cheeku
1 apple
½ cup of cream
1 tea spoon of chopped pista
1 tea spoon of chopped almonds
1 green cardamom powder
How to make this recipe:-
Take 1 spoon of cheese water and blend the cheese in it. Now add three table spoon water in mango pulp. Now make big pieces of banana, cheeku, and apple. Now mix sugar in cream and blend it properly. Add butter and sugar in biscuit powder. Add curd and cheese in it and blend until it turns in to a smooth paste. Now take a serving dish and spread biscuit powder on it then place mango pulp, cover it with cream. Now put fruits on it and sprinkle almond, pista, and cardamom powder on it. Cool it in fridge then serve it. It is a very delicious recipe.

Potato Salad recipe

you need:-
3 1/2 tea spoons salt
6 tea spoon sugar snap peas (1 cup), trimmed
2 medium carrot make small long pieces of it
6 radishes make thick slices
2 celery rib, cut them in crosswise
1 cup of low-fat buttermilk dressing
1/2 cup low-fat sour cream
1 cup of fresh cilantro sprigs
6table spoons of chopped fresh chives
1 tea spoon black pepper
Preparation:-
Peel the potatoes and make cubes from it. Dip them with 1 inch cold water in a heavy pan and cook them in low heat, then cook again by uncover, for 10 to 15 minutes. Drain, and put them in a bowl and mix with vinegar and 1/2 tea spoon of salt. Now cool them. Now mix carrot and sugar snaps with 1 tea spoon salt in a pan of boiling water for only1 minute. Now drain all vegetables by a sieve and wash them in cold running water, then put them for dry. Now cut sugar snaps into pieces. Now take a bowl and add sugar snaps, carrot, radishes, and celery to potatoes. Now put Pulse dressing, herbs, sour cream, pepper, and 1 teaspoon salt in a blender and make a paste of it and pour into the potato salad mixture and stir it to coat on them.

Badam Pisto Recipe

Badam (almond) Pisto Recipe
You need:-
100 grams of almond
20 grams of garlic
5 grams salt
15 gram of cheese
120 grams of olive oil
150 grams of basil
How to make this recipe:-
Take a blender pot and put all the ingredients which are given above. Blend them properly and make a fine paste from it. You should be careful that basil leave should not turn black in colour. Now pista is ready to serve. You can spread it on pasta or bread slices. It is a delicious recipe. You have a different taste of bread with this food. When your baby like to eat bread on her own hand they can eat them selves.Basil is a very helpful leaf for health.

Delicious Spring Rolls

You need:-

2 cabbage of small sized

2 cup of noodles

2 carrots

2 capsicums

2 onions

250 grams French beans

1/2 tea spoon of ajinomotto

½ tea spoon of soya sauce

½ tea spoon of chilli sauce

Salt as per your taste

5 tea spoon of ghee

1 tea spoon of baking powder

1 cup of all purpose flour or maida

How to make:-

Make a paste of all purpose flour as we make for bhajia. Cut all the vegetables and boil them. Also boil the noodles. Heat the oil I a kadai and put chopped onions in it. Now add all the boiled vegetables in it. Stir fry them for 5 minutes, then add ajinomoto, chilli sauce, soya sauce in it. Now also add the boiled noodles in it. Stir fry it for 2 minutes then take out from the heat. Now add salt ghee and baking powder in maida and make a soft dough of it. Now roll them and stuff with this vegetable mix, then fold them and cut into small one inch pieces. Now dip them in maida paste and deep fry up to golden brown or crispy. Serve hot with chutney or sauce.

GROUND NUT ‘S THALIPEETH

YOU NEED:-

1 cup of bati ka flour thicken

1 cup of ground nuts

2 potatoes boiled

½ cup of pumpkins

½ tea spoon ajawain

½ tea spoon of green chillis paste

½ tea spoon of gingere paste

½ tea spoon of red chilli

½ tea spoon of cumin seeds

A few green corianders chopped

Salt as per taste

2 table spoon of oil

How to make:-

Soak the ground nuts for 2 to 3 hours, and then blend then thickly. Now add boiled mashed potato and grated pumpkin in it. Now add all things except oil. Make loose dough of it. Then set in on a plastic sheet then turn it on tawa. Make holes in it and pour oil in it then cook it on both sides up to crispy. Serve hot with lemon pickle.

Masala khichadi

Masala khichadi

You need:-

2 cups of rice

1 cup of ( tooar) yellow dal

1 piece of carrots

10 grams pea

3 onions

4 small pieces of cinnamon

2 to 4 cloves

2 dry red chilli

1 tea spoon of red chilli powder

1 tea spoon of turmeric powder

1 tea spoon of garam masala powder

1 tea spoon of cumin seeds

1 tea spoon of mustered seeds powder

1 tea spoon of ginger-garlic paste

2 table spoon oil

Water as required

How to make:-

Wash the rice and yellow dal and soak them in water for one hour. Heat the oil and put the mustered seeds and cumin seeds in it. Now add all the ingredients in it. Add the vegetables and stir fry them for 2 minutes. Add rice and yellow dal in it and stir fry for 10 minutes. Add 5 cups of water and cook it in pressure cooker. Take 3 whistle of it. Serve hot. It is delicious with karhi.

Sabzi Makhani

Sabzi Makhani

You need;-

50 gram makhane

50 gram mava

8 - Cashew nut

½ cup of onion paste

1 tea spoon ginger finely chopped

2 green chilli Longley cut

¼ tea spoon turmeric powder

2 tea spoon coriander powder

1 tea spoon of deggi mirch

¼ tea spoon red chilli powder

½ tea spoon of garam masala

2 table spoon fresh curd

2 medium sized tomatos

2 table spoon ghee

1 table spoon green coriander leaves finely chopped

Salt as per your taste

How to make: =

Boil the tomatoes and make puree from it. Roast the makahnas in ghee till they become crispy. Now stir fry the mava in a pan dry (without ghee) but be carefully it would not change its color. Now fry the cashew nuts in ghee, and then fry the ginger and onion in it. Now put curd and other dry masala in it and fry it. When it done the oil will becomes separates from the masala then add mava, makhana, cashew nut, tomato puree in it. If required you can add little water in it. Cook it in pressure pan by one whistle. Garnish with green coriander leaves.
