Health Food- Sprouted Chat
You need:-
½ cup of moong with sprouts
½ cup of moth with sprouts
½ cup of gram with sprouts
¼ tea spoon of turmeric powder
Salt as per your taste
1 boiled potato
½ cup of peas boiled
½ cup of chopped carrots
½ cup of boondi
1 table spoon of curd
1 table spoon of tamarind chutney
Bread cubes with deep fry
How to make this recipe:-
Soak all the 3 dals (moong, moth, and gram) and drain then and out them for sprouting. It will take 24 hours. Next day boil the vegetables above given and chop them finely. Mix all the dry ingredients in a big bowl, and then add curd and chutney. Now add deep fried bread cubes, also add salt, red chili powder, cumin powder, green coriander and sev. Mix quickly and serve immediately. Garnish with thin sev. When you mix all the items do this job very quickly until it will be soft and you will not feel nice to eat this crispy health food chat.

Summery Lamb Stew with Mango Chutney

Stews are normally reserved for fall and winter, but I similar to it all year round. Mango Chutney positively not hot all time here, even in summer, and for a cooler night I am definitely up for something good and warming. Mango Chutney is a lighter take on a stew, with summery, bright flavors. Bonus? Almost no active kitchen times, so you can find this started and then use an hour doing something else. Serve it with rice or bulgur, and a little extra Mango Chutney on the side!

Summery Lamb Stew with Mango Chutney
Serves 4

800 g lamb meat - anything that’d be suitable for stewing
10 shallots
2 tbsp butter
1 tsk sambal oelek (or other chili paste)
3 tbsp mango chutney
1 tsk ground cardamom
4 garlic cloves, minced
4 bay leaves
10 allspice peppercorns
75 ml barbecue sauce
2 tsp ground cumin
400-500 ml water

No, I didn’t spell Orange-Rum Macaroons wrong. Orange-Rum Macaroons is about macaroons. And sadly, not about Orange-Rum Macaroons. I won’t go into technical difference - suffice to say that Orange-Rum Macaroons are dainty small things that are super-difficult to make and Orange-Rum Macaroons are a lot sturdier, and takes five minutes to make. Both are tasty. This description has orange zest and dark rum, which makes Orange-Rum Macaroons coconutty delight even extra irresistible.

Orange-Rum Macaroons
makes 15

50 g butter
2 eggs
100 g sugar
175 g coconut flakes (unsweetened!)
1 orange - the zest
1 tbsp dark rum
1 tsp vanilla extract

TASTY POTATO SALAD
You need:-

12 to 16 red potatoes
1 ½ cup of mayonnaise
1 cup of mustard
4 to 8 pickle slices, freely chopped
2 beam of celery, finely chopped (optional)
4 shallots, finely chopped
4 cloves of garlic, finely chopped
4 hard-boiled eggs, peeled
1/2 cup of tequila or red wine vinegar
4 table spoon Worcestershire sauce

Some red pepper and little paprika
salt and black pepper as per your taste
How to make:-
Peel the potatoes and cut them in shape of one inch size cut them approximately. After cutting put them in water bowl to avoid staining. Now put the water bowl on heat and cook it up to boil and when it starts boiling low the heat cook on simmer for 10 minutes. Then check it is properly cooked or not but do not over cook it. Now strain the potato pieces in a strainer, and put it to the fridge for cooling.
Now take apart from egg whites from the yolks. Liberally Cut the whites part and set then one side. Now crush the yolks and then put it other side.

Mix all the above ingredients in a glass bowl and mix all properly. Put it for one hour into the fridge.Now salad is ready.

BARNI RAJMA

You need:-

For barni:-

4 burgers

2 table spoon butter

1/4table spoon green chutney

For filling:-

3/4cup of rajma

1/4cup of finely chopped onions

1 tea spoon red chili powder

2 tea spoon green coriander powder

1 small piece of ginger

2 green chilli finely chopped

2 cloves powder

1/4black pepper powder

1pinch of turmeric powder

1 table spoon green coriander finely chopped

1 big size tomato

4 table spoon oil

Salt as per your taste

Black salt as per your taste

How to make:-

Soak the rajma for 7 to 8 hours. Then cook it in a pressure cooker for 25 to 30 minutes. Heat oil in a kadai and then put onions, ginger, green chilli in it. Stir fry it when it becomes golden brown add red chili powder, turmeric, coriander powder, cloves powder, and tomato and again stir fry it. Now put boiled rajma and black salt and plane salt in it. When it becomes thick then adds green coriander in it and takes it out from the heat.

Now take out the upper most layer of burger and hollow it. Be careful that burger will not break. Now turn it bake side and roast it at that side. Now in inner side spread butter and green chutney then fill rajma in it. Now grate the paneer on it and bake it in oven.

GOLI PULAO

GOLI PULAO

You need:-

For goli:-

½ cup of pea

50 gram paneer

1 slice bread

1 table spoon cashew nut pieces

1 table spoon Raisin

¼ tea spoon red chilli powder

¼ tea spoon garam masala

Salt as per taste

Oil as required

For pulao:-

1 cup rice

1 medium size onion

1 cassia

4 cloves

2 cardamoms

1 small piece of cinnamon

4 black pepper

½ tea spoon black pepper powder

1 pinch of turmeric powder

½ tea spoon red chilli powder

4 table spoon oil

1 table spoon ghee

Salt as per taste extra:- 40 gram paneer

How to make:-

Soak the rice ½ hour before cooking. Make the thin and long slices of onions. Mix all the ingredients of goli and make the goli and fry them. Mince 2 cloves and cinnamon. Heat the oil in a kadai and put cassia, cloves, cardamom, cinnamon, and black pepper in it then put onion and stir fry it. Now add 2 cup of water and salt in it. When it boiled add rice in it, again when it starts boiling slow the flame and cook until it becomes soft. When it done put golies in it and also mix the ghee in it. Now put grated paneer in it. Cover it for 10 minutes and cook it in a low flame.

CHATPATE ALOO

CHATPATE ALOO
You need:-
8-10 big size potatoes
10-12 garlic cloves
2 inch long grated ginger
4-6 tea spoon chilli powder (or as you like)
Salt as per your taste
8 tea spoon oil
How to make chatpate aloo:-
Cut the potatoes a proportion of 1 inch square in shape and size, and then wash it. Grate the ginger and garlic finely. Take a pan and heat the oil in it and when it becomes very hot put the grated ginger and garlic in it then stir fry it until it becomes light golden brown. Then put red chilli powder in it after it put potatoes, salt as per your taste, and half cup of water. Cover it and slow the heat, now cook it till the potatoes were cooked and they becomes dry. The water which we added should be evaporates. Now it is ready. Serve this delicious potatoes with rice, puri or with roties.

Green salad: - green vegetables are rich in vitamin B, these are helpful to make such hormones by which you feel happy. Lack of vitamin B-6 causes nervousness, depression, and other diseases.

Vitamin- C:- start your day with fresh juice of Awala. It has 20 times more vitamin –c then orange juice. You can also have a cup of sprout moong.

Fruit:- you can eat any fruit, because fruit are rich with sugar which gives you energy. You should prefer orange it will be better for you, because when you want to eat it your hands and mouth both will be busy and then stress will be down. Some persons eat a full pack of chips and some smokes these are harmful to you and by this you can not release your stress.

Chocolates:- you can eat chocolates but eat only which are rich of ground nuts, because when you eat chocolate it releases adorfin which relax you and ground nuts helps to increase the protein level and you can concentrate.

Hot Dog cutlet

Hot Dog cutlet
You need-

2 hot dog pav
Oil for frying
150 gram potatoes
3 to 4 green chili
1 table spoon green coriander leaves
1 tea spoon ararote
Salt as per taste
1 tea spoon red chili or as to taste
1 tea spoon garam masala
For stuffing:-

50 gram paneer
25 gram cheese
2 table spoon capsicum
1 table spoon green coriander leaves
2 table spoon cashew pieces
¼ cup noodles (fried)
¼ tea spoon soya sauce
4 drops of vinegar
Salt as per taste
Black pepper as per taste

Other things required;-
2 table spoon maida
1 table spoon milk
½ cup bread crump
3 table spoon chutney
1 table spoon sauce
1 table spoon butter
1 tomato (in round slice)
Salt as per taste
Black pepper as per taste

How make:-
Cut the pav without breaking it. Boil the potatoes and mash them. Now mix all the ingredients. Grate the paneer and cheese and add the cutlet mixture to it. Make a paste with maida and milk. Spread the bread crump’s on a plate. Take the tomato slices and spread salt and black pepper on them, also add chutney and sauce on them.
Spread the potato mixture in a long way on the pav. After doing that put the stuffing mixture in the pav carefully and cover it. Now dip it in milk and maida paste and them roll it on the bread crump’s. now put them in fridge for one hour, then deep fry them.
Tip: in pav spread chutney one side and butter on the other(inner sides). On chutney put tomato slices then put cutlet. Before grilling the pav put butter on them.
