ORANGE GRAPE MIX SORBET
You need:-
2 cup of orange juice
2 cup of grape juice
1 cup of sugar
2 cup of water
2 tea spoon of lemon juice
2 tea spoon of lemon peel, finely grated
2 tea spoon icing sugar
Method:-
Make sure that seed will not present in the juice. Add sugar and water in a pan; boil it with out stirring. When it starts to boil then dim the flame, and boil it for 5 minutes. Now take it out from the heat and cool it on the room temperature. Now mix it with lemon peel and grape juice and orange juice. Taste it if you feel it is less sweet add icing sugar. Cover it and take it in freezer to set softly. After taking it from freezer, beat it to become smooth, but do not melt it. Refreeze it. Again beat it and refreeze it when it will set. Now it is ready, serve it with garnishing. This is a delicious recipe.

You need:-
4 - medium cucumbers, diced
50 to 60 - fresh basil leaves, washed
6 to 8 pinches - dried mint or oregano powdered
1 - lemon juice, extracted
4 to 6 pinches - fresh ground white pepper
800 ml - chilled water
1/2 tsp - salt
How you make:-
Wash the cucumber and cut in small pieces. Now put them in a blender add fresh basil leaves, mint powder or fresh leaves, salt, white pepper powder and blend them until it turns into a smooth lump less paste. Now add chilled water In it then again whip it until it becomes frothy and smooth. Now it is ready so pour this delicious refreshing cold drink in glasses and garnish this with lemon slices or with mint leaves. Serve them.

JAL JEERA AN INDIAN COLD DRINK
You need:-
6 cups of- ice cold water
2 table spoon - ground cumin
2 tea spoon – fresh mint leave paste
4 table spoon - lemon juice
1 tea spoon - black salt (Kala Namak) *
pinch of sugar
Salt as per taste (if you like)
Garnish:
Mint leaves and lemon slices(round in shape)
Optional Spices:-
1 tea spoon - cilantro (fresh green coriander) paste
1 tea spoon - dry mango powder (amchur)
How to make:-
Take a big bowl and put ice sold water in it then add mint leaves paste, salt, sugar, lemon juice, cumin powder, black salt in it and mix them properly. If you like you can add fresh coriander paste and amchur powder in it. It is an Indian cold drink which cools you and you should feel very fresh in summer. .
Quantity of Servings: 6

Colourfull Holi Bhang Drink
Ingredients
4 cups water
2 ounce marijuana
8 cups warm milk
4 tsp chopped almonds
1/4 tsp garam masala
1/2 tsp powdered ginger
2 tsp rosewater
2 cup sugar
Method:-
Boil the water and pour it in a clean teapot. Take marijuana and clean it and then put in tea pot, cover it for 10 minutes. Now strain the water and marijuana with the help of a thin cloth, save it. Press these flowers and leaves with your hands and mix the remove in water. In a bowl put the flowers and leaves and add 4 teaspoons of warm milk. Carefully grind them. Repeat this mixing process when you use 1 cup milk. Save all the milk which has come out and store them in a bowl. Now marijuana turned into a pulpy mass. Now put finely chopped almonds in it. Crush it into fine paste. Compress this paste and gather it. Repeat it until all that is left. Mix all the extracts that have been stored, together with the water and the marijuana. Put the garam masala, rosewater and ginger in it. Then add the remaining milk and sugar.

You need:-
1 and1/2 lb -Boneless chicken breast
4 teaspoon -Dark Soya sauce
4 teaspoon- Rice wine or dry sherry
2 teaspoon- Finely chopped ginger root
2 teaspoon- Cornstarch
2 teaspoon -Sesame oil
3\4 c Oil, if possible peanut
4 Dried- red chilies
Cut Vertically
2 table spoon fresh orange peel(chopped) or you can use
4 teaspoon - dried citrus peel
-(soaked & thickly chopped)
1 teaspoon Roasted peppercorns
4 teaspoon- Dark Soya sauce
1/2 teaspoon- Salt
2 teaspoon- Sugar
1 teaspoon Sesame oil
How to prepare:-
Cut small slices of chicken. Mix it with rice wine, Soya sauce, ginger, oil, cornstarch in a bowl and mix them properly. Put aside for 20 minutes. Now heat the oil in a big frying pan. When it becomes hot take away the chicken slices from the marinade. For this you can use a slotted spoon. Then put it into the frying pan and fry for 3 minutes. When it becomes golden browns take out it.
Now leave only 4 teaspoons oil in it and then heat it. When it becomes too hot add dried chilies. Fry for 15 seconds, then return the golden brown chicken slices to
the frying pan. Now mix the rest of the masala (ingredients) in it and fry for 5 minutes, mix them properly. Now this is ready to Serve.
tip :- in this dish if you mix toasted sesame seeds, it becomes sesame chicken.

THANDAI A HEALTHY AND COOLING DRINK
Thandai is a very healthy and cooling drink. It is a very well-liked drink in Rajasthan and all over Northern India. This is a well-known dry fruit drink which is and saffron flavored with saffron in milk. This is also makes on Mahashivratri for lord Shiva. Some times in Holi or on Mahashivratri it mixed with ‘bhang’ which make it an exciting drink.
Makes 12 glasses.
Ingredients:-
2 liter fat full milk
1 cup of sugar should be powdered
15 to 20 peppercorns
A few saffron sticks
To be ground into a fine powder
1\2 cup of almonds
4 tablespoons of khus khus( poppy seeds)
4 tablespoons of saunf (fennel seeds)
1 teaspoon of elaichi(cardamom) powder
40 nos. of white peppercorns
Method:-
Boil the fat full milk and permit it to cool totally. Then keep it one side. Now add the ground powder and mix it properly. Put it in Refrigerator for 5hours. Now through a strainer strain this mixture, add the powdered sugar, saffron and peppercorns and then mix it properly. Serve it chilled. This is a traditional Indian cooling drink.

Pine Coloda Cocktail
Ingredients –
240 ml - Pine apple juice
20 ml - Coconut / Vanilla ice cream
120 - White rum.

How to serve:-
Take pine-apple juice and put it in a electric mixer. Now add vanilla ice cream or coconut ice cream in it. Then pour White rum to it. Now blend all these things in mixture properly. When it mixes properly pour this cocktail into tall glasses. Then put a scoop of coconut ie cream or vanilla ice cream over it. Garnish with a lemon slice or with pine-apple slice. Now it is ready to serve. This is a delicious cocktail which every one likes.

 FRESH FRUIT PUNCH
ingredient:-
500 ml – Water
800 grams - Sugar
600 ml - Orange juice
600 ml - Lemon juice
1200 ml - Pineapple juice
600 ml - Carbonated fruit flavored drink if you like
1\2 fruit - Pineapple
1\2 fruit - Apple
Method:-
Take a pan, pour water in it and add sugar in it then boil it for 20 minutes. Now add all fruit juices in it. Dilute it with ice cooled water. If you like sparkling affect in your drink you can add carbonated fruit drink in place of water. Now garnish it with small rounded pieces of apple and pineapple. This is a cooling drink which you like in summer. You can serve it in parties as a welcome drink. This is about 20 to 25 glasses. Be happy and cool with this fresh fruit punch.

Kashmiri tea
Ingredients:-Â
4 cup water
1 tea spoon green tea leaves
3 tea spoon cinammom powder
3 tea spoon cardamom powder
A pinch of soda
Method :–
Heat the water, when it starts boiling adds green tea leaves and soda. After putting soda and green tea leaves in the tea boil it for 1 or 2 minutes. When water becomes golden, then put cinammom powder and cardamom powder in it and put a lid covering on it. Now turn off the gas stove. Pour the tea in a strainer and add milk or sugar cubes according to taste. You could add both sugar and milk as your taste. Serve hot. It is a tasty and healthy drink in winter.
Tips:-
By adding soda the color of tea becomes beautiful. You can add some ginger or basil leaves if you suffer from cold, in cold it can act as a medicine.

Tamoto juice is very beneficial for health. Let us see the method of making delicious soup in home.
Ingredients:
Pulpy red tomatoes red tomatoes - 6 nos
Tulsi - ¼ bunch
Ginger juice - 2 tsp.
Lemon juice - 2 tsp.
Sugar - as per taste
Black salt - a pinch
Cumin powder - a pinch
Water - one litre
Method:
$ Boil water in a vessel.
$ Blanch tomatoes in boiling water for two minutes.
$ Remove the tomatoes, peel the skin and churn in a blender.
$ Wash tulsi leaves and chop them finely.
$ Blend the tomatoes juice, tulsi,lemon, black pepper powder in a blender.
$ Serve chilled with crushed ice.
