Egg Drop Tomato Soup
You need:-
1 tea spoon of oil
2 cup of chopped tomatoes
1 cup of chopped onions
1 tea spoon of white chilli powder
1 tea spoon of ajinomoto
2 table spoon of tomato sauce
1 tea spoon of corn flour
Water as required
How to make this soup recipe:-
Heat oil in a pan and put the chopped onions in it. Now add tomato ketchup in it. Add chopped tomato pieces and water into it. Add ajinomoto, white chilli powder and bring up to boil. Now mix corn flour in a separate bowl with water and pour into the soup with continuous stirring. If it will becomes too thick you can add water.
 Now take a separate bowl and beat egg up to fluffy. Now pour this egg into the boiling soup thinly. When egg will cooked it turns in to small pieces. When you pour the egg continuous stirring is must. Garnish with green coriander leaves.

You need:-
2 pound cleaned salmon fillet
6 table spoons extra virgin olive oil
Salt and pepper as per your taste
Dressing:
2 cucumber peeled, seeded, and finely diced
2 table spoons finely minced lemon grass (from root end)
2 table spoon finely minced ginger
4 table spoons finely minced shallots
1/2 cup rice wine vinegar
6 table spoons extra virgin olive oil
Salt and pepper as per your taste
6 ounces salmon caviar
6 table spoons chips minced chives
2 lotus root, thinly sliced
4 cups pure vegetable oil
Baby greens

How to make:-
Chop the salmon into small pieces. Chafe it with salt, oil, and pepper. Now put it in a big heat resistant plate. Brawl the salmon for about 5 to 8 minutes till it just cooked from beginning to end. Now take a bowl and mix all the ingredients which are given for the dressing. Then mix minced chives and caviar into the dressing.
Heat oil in a pan and fry the lotus chips.
Now put the salmon in a plate with baby greens and dressing. Pinnacle it with fried lotus chips.

Delicious Chicken Pakoda
You need:-
1 kg of Chicken
2 tea spoon of Ginger and Garlic paste
2 tea spoon of Salt
2 cups of Besan
4 tea spoon of Chilli Powder
A Pinch of Turmeric powder
2 tea spoon of Garam Masala
Oil for deep fry
How to make delicious chicken pakoda;-
Cut the chicken in to tiny pieces. Now heat water in a pan and put the chicken pieces in it and boil them. When it done take it out from the heat and cool them. Now add all the ingredients given above to it. Now heat oil in a kadai and put chicken pieces in it and fry them. Fry them till they become golden brown. Take it out from the oil and Serve hot. These are tasty with raw onion slices or with sauce.

Egg Bhurji With Capsicum
You need:-
2 – Medium sized Onion
8 - Eggs
4 - Capsicum
1 ea spoon - Red chilli powder
2 table spoon - Oil
Salt as per taste
½ tea spoon - Turmeric powder
1 tea spoon - Cumin seeds
How to make egg bhurji:-
Take a pan and heat the oil in it. When I heated put cumin seeds in to it. Then put finely chopped onions. Stir fry it until it turns in o golden brown in color. Now add red chili powder, turmeric power, and salt in it and then stir fry it. Then put chopped capsicum in it and cook it about for 10 minutes on a low heat with covered by a lid. Then put the eggs in it and then again cook it until bhurji is done. Serve hot by Garnishing with fresh green coriander leaves and parsley leaves. Delicious egg bhurji is ready.

Tomato Egg Curry
Ingredients:-
2 cup of tomato finely chopped
8 eggs (should be hard boiled) Tip for Healthier Alternative
2 onions (sliced)
Spices:-
2 green chilies (chopped)
2 tea spoon garam masala
½ tea spoon turmeric powder
2 tea spoon garlic paste
4 inch cinnamon or 1 tea spoon of cinnamon powder
4 bay leaves (optional)
Oil for deep frying
Salt as per your taste
Preparation:-
Cut the all boiled eggs into half (from the middle). Deep fry them till they becomes brown (when you deep fry them be careful). Use up the extra oil. Take another fry pan and put oil in them after heating the oil put the chopped onions in it and fry then in a low flam. Now add all the spices in it. Now add finely chopped tomatoes in it and also add some water. Cook it for 30 minutes in a slow medium heat. After 30 minutes it becomes chunky or thicker just like pasta sauce. Now you can add the deep fried eggs in it again cook them for 5 minutes. Serve hot with any thing you like as roti or rice.

You need:-
1 and1/2 lb -Boneless chicken breast
4 teaspoon -Dark Soya sauce
4 teaspoon- Rice wine or dry sherry
2 teaspoon- Finely chopped ginger root
2 teaspoon- Cornstarch
2 teaspoon -Sesame oil
3\4 c Oil, if possible peanut
4 Dried- red chilies
Cut Vertically
2 table spoon fresh orange peel(chopped) or you can use
4 teaspoon - dried citrus peel
-(soaked & thickly chopped)
1 teaspoon Roasted peppercorns
4 teaspoon- Dark Soya sauce
1/2 teaspoon- Salt
2 teaspoon- Sugar
1 teaspoon Sesame oil
How to prepare:-
Cut small slices of chicken. Mix it with rice wine, Soya sauce, ginger, oil, cornstarch in a bowl and mix them properly. Put aside for 20 minutes. Now heat the oil in a big frying pan. When it becomes hot take away the chicken slices from the marinade. For this you can use a slotted spoon. Then put it into the frying pan and fry for 3 minutes. When it becomes golden browns take out it.
Now leave only 4 teaspoons oil in it and then heat it. When it becomes too hot add dried chilies. Fry for 15 seconds, then return the golden brown chicken slices to
the frying pan. Now mix the rest of the masala (ingredients) in it and fry for 5 minutes, mix them properly. Now this is ready to Serve.
tip :- in this dish if you mix toasted sesame seeds, it becomes sesame chicken.

BANGALI DISH
Ingredients:-
1 kg - Rohu Fish
4 Large- tomatoes
10 – Green chilies
4 tablespoon- Musturd
2 tablespoon-Khus-khus seeds
1 teaspoon-Kalonji
Oil for frying
3 teaspoon-Haldi
Salt as per taste
Preparation:-
Rub salt and turmeric powder on fish pieces and put aside for 20 minutes. Crush khus-khus and mustard with green chili in a mixer. Add water to make a thin paste. Stain this past with help of water. Make tomato puree.
How to make:-
Take a pan , heat oil in it then deep fry the fish pieces until they become brown. Other side heat oil in a pan when it heated too much put nigella seed and 4 vertically sliced green chilies in it. Now add tomato puree in it. Then add haldi, red chili powder and salt as per taste. Add 2 up of water and allow it to boil, now add fried fish pieces cook it for 5 minutes in a low flame. Add khus-khus and mustard paste in it and again cook it for 5 minutes in a low flame. Now it is ready to serve. Serve hot.

Egg with Masala
You need:-
Eggs - 8
Onion – 2 normal sized
Tomatoes-2
Coconut milk-1 cup
Coriander powder-2 tea spoon
Red chilli powder-2 to 3 teaspoon
Ginger garlic paste 1 teaspoon
Cardamom-2 pods
Method :-
Boil the eggs. After cooling peel all. Cut them in two slices vertically then put them aside. Now make onion paste. You can make onion paste with adding cardamom to it while grinding. It nourishes the taste. Remember to make tomato paste individually. Now take fry pan and heat oil in it then fry onion paste with garlic and ginger paste when it becomes brown. Then put red chilli powder and coriander powder then fry for 1 minute. Now add tomato paste in it then fry it when tomatoes mixed well in it. Then add Coconut milk, salt as per taste in it and boil it for 5 minutes in a dim flame. Finally add sliced eggs in it then boil it for 10 to 15 minutes in a shim flame. You can garnish this delicious dish with green coriander leaves.

 Delicious Chicken TikkaÂ
Ingredients:-
•   2 cup of yogurt
•   2 table spoon of lemon juice
•   4 tea spoons of ground cumin
•   2 tea spoon of ground cinnamon
•   4 tea spoons of cayenne pepper
•   4 tea spoons of freshly ground black pepper
•   2 table spoon of minced fresh ginger
•   8 tsp salt, or as per taste
•   6 boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into medium size pieces
•   8 long skewers
•   2 table spoon of butter
•   2 clove of grated garlic
•   2 jalapeno of finely chopped pepper
•   4 tea spoons of ground cumin
•   4 tea spoons of paprika
•   6 tea spoons salt, or as per taste
•   2table spoon of tomato sauce
•   2 cup of heavy cream
•   ½ cup of chopped fresh cilantro
Method:-
Take a big bowl and mix 2 table spoon of lemon juice, 4 tea spoon of cumin, yogurt, cinnamon, cayenne, ginger, black pepper and salt as per taste or about 8 tea spoons of salt. Now mix it with chicken and cover it, then put it for 1 hour in fridge. Now heat the grill and oil the grates of grill. Line the chicken pieces onto skewers, and remove from marinade. Cook it when it becomes dry and juices drop stops, Grill both side. In a separate pan melt butter put jalapeno and garlic in it, and fry for 1 minute. Flavour with 4 tea spoon of cumin, 8 tea spoon of salt and paprika. Blend in cream and tomato sauce. Cook it for 20 minutes when sauce becomes thick, cook it on medium flam. Then add grilled chicken in it and again cook for 15 minutes. Now it is ready to serve garnish with fresh cilantro.
