paneer-tikka,paneer, tikka,recipe
Paneer Tikka
Things You need:-
850 – Grams of paneer
100 – Grams of green coriander
25 – Grams of dry mango powder
12 – Curry leaves
25 – Grams of green chillies
10 – Grams of ginger paste
5 – Grams of chat masala
10 – Grams of corn flour
Salt as per your taste
2 – Table spoon of oil
How to make this recipe:-
Make thick pieces of paneer. Make a deep cut in between these thicken paneer pieces but be careful that these paneer pieces should not be break. Put this paneer pieces one side till they will become dry.
Now make a paste with the help of a blender by adding green coriander dry mango powder, curry leaves, green chilies, and salt. Transfer this paste in to a bowl.
Now fill this past in to the cut which you make in thicken paneer pieces. It will be easy to fill the paste with the help of a knife. Do not fill all the paste, 1/ 4 pastes should be remaining for marinating the paneer tikka. Now add ginger, green chilli powder, chat masala, corn flour and oil.
Put this marinates on paneer pieces and put them for 2 hours. Now cook these paneer pieces by roasting or frying as you like in tandoor. Cook them till they become golden brown or crispy. Serve hot with chutney and salad.This is a delicios and cryspy paneer recipe.

Paneeri tomato Chaat
I love to eat chaat but I always like it to eat in a different way. This time I try this delicious Paneeri tomato chat, I enjoy it. You can try it and enjoy it with green chutney for ever.
You need:-
2 tomato big size
100 gram of paneer
2 to 3 green chilli
1 lemon
1 table spoon of oil
½ tea spoon of salt
½ tea spoon of garam masala
How to make this recipe:-
Cut the 2 tomatoes in slices. Heat the oil in a pan and deep fry the paneer up to brown. Allow to cool them. Now mix jaljeera powder and salt in it and squeeze the lemon juice in it. Sprinkle salt on the tomato slices. Now put paneer chat on it which we prepared. Now it is ready to serve. You can put green chutney on it before serving.

PANEER MAKHANI
Youneed:-
250 grams of paneer pieces
1 small piece of ginger
20 grams of makhane
3 and 1\2 tea spoon of red chili powder
2 table spoon of green coriander seeds
4 cloves of garlic
1\2 tea spoon turmeric powder
3 table spoon of ghee
4 pieces of green chili finely chopped
1 tea spoon garam masala
1 cup of green pea boiled
Salt as your taste
How to make:-
Take fry pan heat ghee in it. Deep fry the paneer pieces in ghee. Take away then deep fry the makhane and put away from ghee. Then put onions in remaining ghee and after one minute put ginger and garlic paste in it, and then put green chili. Stir fry it, then add coriander powder and turmeric and then fry it for some time. Now add blended curd and tomato puree. Now boil it, after it boils add fry paneer, makhane, green pea and salt in it. Cook it in a low heat. When gravy becomes thick add garam masala and green coriander leaves now cover it and turn off the gas stove. Serve hot with puri, paratha or chappati which you like. this is an Indian food.

DELICIOUS PANEER MAKHANI
INGRIEDIENTS:-
250 g – Pieces of paneer
1 – Piece ginger
20 g – Makhane
3 ½ tea spoon – Chili powder
2 tea spoon – Green coriander
4 – Garlic
½ tea spoon – Turmeric powder
3 table spoon –Ghee
4 – Green chili (chopped)
1 tea spoon – Garam masala
1 cup – pea seeds (boiled)
2 – Tomatoes
½ cup - curd
METHOD:-
Fry the paneer pieces until they become golden. Fry the makahnas and keep them separately. In the remaining ghee add onion, ginger, garlic and green chili. Fry them for 3 minutes and then add green coriander, chili powder and turmeric powder. Then, again fry them. Put blended tomatoes and curd. After one boil fry and add makhane, pea, paneer and salt. Cook them one slow flame. When shorba gets thickened add garam masala and green coriander. Cover it with a lid. Turn off the flame. Serve it hot with poori, paratha or chapatti.

You need:-
8 slices – brown bread
3 cup – thick yogurt
2 cup – sprouted kidney beans
1\2 cup –cucumber grated
1\2 cup – capsicum grated
1\2 cup – onions grated
1\2 cup – cabbage grated
200 grams – paneer
2 table spoon – green chutney
Salt as per taste
Black pepper as per taste
How to make-
Blend the yogurt by hand or by the help of a mixer. Spread it on one bread slice. In a bowl mix all grated vegetables and sprouted kidney beans, then put salt and black pepper as your taste in it. Now spread this mixture carefully on that bread slice which you already covered with yogurt. Now cut a thin slice of paneer cover them on both side with green chutney and put them on bread slice. Now take other bread slice and spread the yogurt in one side and put them on prepared bread slice. Press them slightly and cut them as you like. Serve with tomato sauce.

Use it as a starter.
 Ingredients
20 pieces of paneer
2 tablespoon soya sauce
1/2 cup chili sauce
1/2 cup ketchup
8 green chilies (finely chopped)
2 tbsp coriander leaves (finely chopped)
1 tsp garam masala powder
2 tsp cumin powder
1 cup of gram flour
Method
Take a pan and mix tomato, soya and chilli sauce mix them properly then add chopped green coriander and green chillies, also add jeera and garam masala in gram flour( besan) now make a thick batter of it. If required use more water in it. In a frying pan heat oil in a high temperature them low the flam in a medium. Now take paneer pieces and dip them one by one in the thick batter and fry them till they become golden brown. Take away from oil and put them on a kitchen paper or on a newspaper which absorbs extra oil. Now it is ready to Serve. It is delicious with sauce or green chutney.

paneer ki rori
You need:-
 (1)  ~ 200 grams of paneer finely choppe
(2)Â Â ~ 4 table spoon of green coriander leaves finely chopped
(3)Â Â ~ 2 bowl of onion finely chopped
(4)Â Â ~ salt as per your taste.
(5)Â Â ~ Ghee or vegetable oil
(6)Â Â ~ Wheat flour for making a smooth dough
Method:-
Take a pan and mix the crushed paneer, finely chopped onions, finely chopped fresh green coriander leaves and salt as your taste then mix all properly. Now make small balls of the previously making dough and put the filling inside the bolls. Then make bolls into roll and make the rotis of it. Roast the roti on a tawa in a mid slow flame. After 2 or 3 minutes when they cook slightly apply some oil or ghee on them and then again cook them for some more minutes. If you like you can add some chopped green chillies and garam masalas and chat masala in to the filling. Serve hot with any chutney or sauce.

The dish of Chilli Paneer Sizzler is a very popular dish in the functions and parties.Let us see the recipe of this delicious sizzling food.
Ingredient:
Cottage cheese(cut into equal size squares) - 200 gms.
Mushroom(boiled) - 100 gms.
Capsicum(cut into squares) - One.
Tomatoes(cut into squares) - One(big).
Spring onions(chopped in big pieces) - One small.
Salt - To taste.
Black pepper - ¼ tsp.
Mono sodium glutamate - ½ tbsp.
Garlic paste - ½ tsp.
Green chillies(chopped) - 2-3 nos.
Coriander leaves(finely chopped) - 1 tsp.
Soya sauce - 4 tsp.
Tomato ketchup - 2 tbsp.
Chilli sauce - 2tsp.
Vinegar - 4tsp.
Boiled and grated tomato(small) - One.
Oil - 2 tbsp.
Water - ½ cup.
Corn flour paste - 2 tsp.
Method:
*Heat oil and sauté onions, spring onions and garlic paste till it becomes transparent.
*Add the mushroom, all sauces, salt, pepper, mono-sodium glutamate and vinegar. Cook for about five minutes then add water and all the remaining ingredients except cornflour paste.
*Slowly add the cornflour paste by stirring continuously. Sprinkle the coriander leaves and turn off the flame.
*To prepare the sizzler plate, add butter and then pour the prepared dish. Before seving,garnish with herbs and cheese.
Now the sizzling and tasty dish is ready to serve .

Onion one piece
Cloves garlic six
Fresh ginger one
Frozen spinach one
Buttermilk four
Red chili powder two tablespoon
Garam masala two tablespoons
Paneer two hundred fifty gm
Salt to taste
Procedure;
Convert the garlic. Onion and ginger into paste by grinding. Put the paste, yogurt, spinach, buttermilk, garam masala and chili powder in a medium size pan and heat it for twenty to thirty minutes. Mash the element of saag by masher boil it until the mixture become creamy wait ten to fifteen minutes then put cheese in it. Serve it is ready.
