Sesame Potato Rolls Recipe

There are so many delicious dishes which add a great pleasure and taste at a time of Birthday parties, Functions or at picnics etc. Sesame Potato Rolls is one of the dishes among this.
Ingredients:
Oil - according to the quantity of material.
Black and white sesame seeds - as required.
Bread slices - 10 nos (with edges cut)
For the filling:
Big potatoes (boiled and mashed) - 2 nos
Carrots (grated) - ½ cup
Ginger-chili paste - ½ tsp.
Oregano - ½ tsp.
Coriander leaves (finely chopped) - ¼ cup
Garam masala - ½ tsp.
Lime juice - a few drops
Salt - to taste.
Corn flour - 2 tbsp.
For sticking:
Refined flour(maida) - 1 tbsp.
Water - 1/3 cup.
Method :
*Cook the refined flour with water till it thickens, with 1/3 cup of water till thick.
*Mix the ingredients for the filling. And keep it to one side.
*Roll the bread slices with a rolling pin till quite thin.
*Prepare long rolls of filling.
*Place the filling on the bread slice and prepare a tight roll sticking the ends with the maida paste.
*Put some more maida paste on the two open ends and sprinkle and press sesame seeds on them.
*Fry in oil till it becomes crispy.
*After becoming it crispy, remove it.
Now the Sesame potato roll dish is ready to serve.
